Attention ISRO Officials

The projects like Chandrayaan and MOM are commendable.

There is no doubt that the technologies developed during the project help the

nation in many ways.

But, I have something different to tell ISRO and the social media for discussion.

There is no point in exploring water molecules in Moon or Mars while millions of

the country have no access to drinking water.

Technology should be used for the benefit of the masses.

Another important area to be

addressed in the country is road safety.

More than 1.5 lakh people are killed in

road accidents in INDIA, every year.

Economic loss due to road accidents is

more than Rs. 5 lakh crores.

More than 4 % of GDP

is lost in road accidents.

The loss is more than twice the defence

budget of the country.

Technology should be used for bringing down road accidents.

Government should address these key issues

and similar issues affecting the masses.

ISRO scientists can easily develop gadgets and technologies to

reduce road accident deaths.

A minor thing for the masses is greater

than a massive mission !!! ( If the above negative comments are positively taken by Government and ISRO, it will help the

country. Please not that I am against the projects of ISRO, they are to be continued. At the same

time, technology should be used for the benefit if the masses. )
