AIM currently Manufactures 2 No’s Large sized, Heavy wall 3 Phase Production

Separators of size 23 m Length x 4.2 m Dia, expected to be delivered by the year

end. Upon completion, this project would further enhance the testimonial of

AIM’s expertise and dominance under critical Process Equipment category.

ENGINEERING, FABRICATION, TRANSPORTATION & INSTALLATION OF DESALTER/

DEHYDRATOR/ DEGASSER VESSELS – BP IRAQ (ROO)

AIM has achieved another milestone in the field of critical process equipment

manufacturing by delivering 2 No’s Degasser Vessels to its prestigious client in

Republic of Iraq.

Further 2 No’s of Desalter & Dehydrator Vessels of size 35 m Length x 3.6 m Dia

are likely to dispatched shortly from its facility from Sohar making it a proud

moment for the team to deliver these vessels against strict delivery schedule.

Built in Oman, Believed Globally

The shipment of this critical equipment’s is Oman’s unique contribution towards

export of Omani products to other IOC’s & NOC’s in MENA countries. The

successful delivery of these packages by AIM had also underlined the ability of

local industry to meet stricter International standards and Quality/ Health Safety

Environment (HSE) norms.

AIM LLC acquired a new fabrication facility at Sohar – Unit II

Spread across 10,000 Sq. Meter & titled as Unit II, new facility at Sohar will be

under full scale operation very soon aimed exclusively for Manufacturing &

Testing of Air Cooled Heat Exchangers & Specialty Structural. Upon successful

functioning, this will be the only facility in Oman to have full-fledged

dedicated set-up for ACHE’s.

Mr. Ram Keval Chohan - Welder

(Employee No - 2080365) was deployed

on welding of Pipe Spool joints for SRIP

(Sohar Refinery Improvement Project) in

small bore category wherein he could

weld 60 % more than the set target per

industry norms. Management appreciates

his remarkable effort. Keep it up.

FACILITY UPGRADATION & PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS

(ACHE’s Recently Delivered at Site – DSS Coolers / Y3DC PDO Project)

AIM successfully qualified and established high productive welding

process combination of GMAW + SAW for piping spool fabrication (Sohar

Refinery Improvement Project) at its auto spool facility.

AIM recently added Oil Flushing to its capability profile with a plan to

begin with In-house Oil Flushing of 12 No’s of Lube Oil Air coolers for PDO

RHIP Project. AIM has ordered for a state-of-the-art flushing skid having

capacity of 3,500 LPM which shall be used for flushing & pressure testing of

skids, piping, turbines, heat exchangers, vessels & tanks.

AIM has recently taken part in few of the major Shutdowns in PDO North

during last quarter which includes the AP Flare Repairs of Yibal & HRSG

repair in Qarn Alam Station.

AIM LLC Contribution towards Sultanate Prestigious Project

AIM LLC has been appreciated for its superlative performance on the supply of

Reverse Osmosis (RO) Skid Packages to International Water Treatment LLC (IWT)

for their esteemed project at Al-Ghubra IWP, (One of the Largest Independent

Water Project in Sultanate).

Apart from our regular contributions to Oil & Gas Sector, we have now been

recognized as an established local Manufacturer for Water Sector in Sultanate of

Oman.

AIM recently published in OIL & GAS News Weekly Journal JULY 2015 Issue

The water produced by the new seawater

desalination plant meets the urgent needs

of the population of Muscat, the capital of

the Sultanate of Oman. The plant has

become operational in advance owing to the

early commissioning of the first RO skid. It

currently has an output of 27,280 m3 per

day, which is currently operated to supply

some 150,000 people with fresh drinking

water even when the commissioning work is

being done. After completion, the Al

Ghubrah SWRO will supply water that is

equivalent to the amount consumed by

about 1,200,000 people daily.

Marketing further to recognition of my interest to work as a technical staff. I have
