Issue 3: We have tested with the carrier “Tesco Driveway Co.” Pro number=”123456” Application is not differing the claim type (LD/OC) it is accepting duplicate pro number on creating two types of claims for the same carrier. Application is only validating the carrier pro number for the same Claim type, not for the different claim types having same carrier with same pro number We create two different claims which are accepting same pro number (Duplicate pro number) 1. (91796-OverCharge) with the carrier “#6214 Tesco Driveway Co”. with pro number 123456 2. (91795-Lost/Damage) with same carrier (#6214 Tesco Driveway Co”). with pro number 123456 Application allows to save both the claims without any validation on carrier pro number. Note: Application is Validating Duplicate pro number for a same carrier on same claim type. Issue 1: Yes, there is problems with the X button on the sub claim form opened from the edit claim page. When we open for the first time “submit Claim “pop up, this is not closing until we click on submit button under popup menu. We observe that this is for only first we open this pop up for the second time after clicking on submit button this X button is working fine for ‘n’ number of times. Note: And we observe some GUI issue too on left side of the page after clicking on submit Claim button (page is blinking on left corner) Issue 2:

We create two different claims which are accepting same pro number (Duplicate pro number)

1. (91796-OverCharge) with the carrier “#6214 Tesco Driveway Co”. with pro number 123456

2. (91795-Lost/Damage) with same carrier (“#6214 Tesco Driveway Co”). with pro number 123456

Application allows to save both the claims without any validation on carrier pro number.

Issue 2:

1. ProNumbers are accepted Alpha Number strings on the add claim wizard. The proNumber that ends with ‘X’ or any ‘other Alphabet’ no issues we found.
