    Dear Students:

    Congratulations to everyone involved with the MS Finale Music concert last Wednesday, May 18. It was anexcellent display of unity and talent.

    Activity Period is this Wednesday, May 25 during Block D. Wear your Sports Day shirt, with school uniformpants/shorts/skirt, to show your spirit. Please keep in mind that you still need to wear your PE uniform duringyour PE class.

    Please begin returning all checked-out items to the appropriate library or office. The earlier you return these

    items the better.

    If you have not already done so, be sure to sign a team up for the Homeless World Cup. You must register nowto play in the event which takes place on Wednesday, June 1 on the HS Field from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. Dont misthe opportunity to take part in this active fundraiser. Contact Ms. Vogt for more information.

    FROM THE ATHLETICS & ACTIVITIES OFFICE

    The ATAC All Year Round Sports teams (Chess, Table Ten-nis, Aikido, Judo, Tae Kwon Do and Wall Climbing) will havetheir end of year sports awards ceremony on Friday, June3at the ES Gym. See notices posted on bulletin boards andin school bulletins.

    Please note Gymnastics and Sailfish teams are not involvedon June 3rd as they will have their own celebrations on May

    27th for Sailfish and June 6th for Gymnastics.

    Next years dates and IASAS Schedule can be found on theATAC Blog. ISM will host MUN in November 2011 and Rugby/Touch in February 2012. We look forward to these events inthe 2011-2012 school year. Dont forget the IASAS 30th Anni-versary will take place this coming October with a hugecelebration at SAS with all first season sports taking placein Singapore.

    The May or 4th Season practice schedule is posted on noticeboards, bulletins and on the ATAC blog (see schedules tab)Practices for HS teams are open for grade 8 students who

    will be freshman next year through to grade 11 students.This is a good time to come out and show the HS coachesyour level of skill and dedication for soccer, volleyball andrugby sessions that are being offered.

    BEARCAT DEN:Regular Opening Hours for the Bearcat Den:

    Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:30 am 1:00 pm and2:30 4:00 pm

    Tuesdays and Thursdays afternoons from 2:30 - 4:00 pm

    Thanks to all our great volunteers. If you are interested in joining ogroup of volunteers in the Bearcat Den, please contact our BCD vounteers coordinator, Chantel ([email protected]) or pop into the Den near the HS Cafeteria and talk with one of our volunteethey will be very happy to make you welcome.

    PLEASE NOTE: Last day of den operations for this school year is TUDAY, JUNE 7th. The Den volunteers will be in hibernation from June8th until reopening day on Monday, August 8 th, 2011.

    ATAC Updates:There will not be any 4th season training next week May 23-due to HS EXAMS. 4th season training resumes from Monday,May 30th and concludes Wednesday, June 8th.
