FINAL CLEANUP: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE CERTAIN THAT ALL HOUSEKEEPINGCLEANUP ITEMS ARE DONE PRIOR TO MOVE-IN. THIS WOULD INCLUDE WIPING DOWN, CLEANINGGLASS, LIGHT LENS AND AIR DIFFUSERS; WASHING, WAXING, VACUUMING, AND ANY OTHERSERVICES WHICH WOULD BE PERFORMED UNDER THE CONTRACTOR'S MAINTENANCE CLEANINGPROGRAMS. UPON COMPLETION OF WORK, ALL WASTE MATERIAL, RUBBISH, TOOLS,CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT, AND OTHER SURPLUS MATERIALS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THESITE.

ALL FURNISHINGS ARE TO BE OWNER FURNISHED, OWNER INSTALLED.

SUBCONTRACTOR IS TO PROVIDE "SURPLUS" STOCK AS NOTED BELOW. SURPLUSSTOCK SHALL BE PROVIDED ON EACH DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER, STYLE, COLOR ANDFINISH SPECIFIED: REFER TO SPECIFICATIONS SECTION (IF APPLICABLE) FOR ADDITIONALINFORMATION. FINAL PAYMENT SHALL NOT BE MADE UNTIL STOCK IS DELIVERED.

NO PAINTING OR INTERIOR FINISHING SHALL BE DONE UNDER CONDITIONS WHICHWILL JEOPARDIZE THE QUALITY OR APPEARANCE OF SUCH WORK. ALLWORKMANSHIP WHICH IS JUDGED LESS THAN FIRST QUALITY BY THE INTERIORDESIGNER WILL BEREJECTED.

ALL SURFACES SHALL BE PREPARED TO RECEIVE THE SPECIFIED FINISH. ALL GYPSUMBOARD SURFACES SHALL BE TAPED AND SANDED SMOOTH AND PREPARED TO RECEIVE THESPECIFIED FINISH. PAINT GRADE WOODWORK SHALL BE HAND SANDED BETWEEN COATS ANDDUSTED CLEAN. ALL HOLES, PITCH POCKETS OR SAPPY PORTIONS SHALL BE SCRAPED ANDSEALED. NAIL HOLES, CRACKS OR DEFECTS SHALL BE PUTTIED AFTER FIRST COAT, WITH PUTTYMATCHING COLOR OF STAIN OR PAINT FINISH. REMOVE OIL OR GREASE WITH MINERAL SPIRITS.

ALL CRACKS, HOLES, IMPERFECTIONS IN EXISTING WALLS, PARTITIONS OR GYP. BD. SHALLBE FILLED WITH PATCHING PLASTER AND SMOOTHED TO MATCH ADJOINING SURFACES.

INTERIOR GYPSUM BOARD SURFACES SHALL BE WIPED WITH A DAMP CLOTH JUST PRIORTO APPLICATION OF THE FIRST COAT, IN ORDER TO LAY FLAT ANY NAP WHICH MAY HAVEFORMED IN SANDING PROCESS.

FINISH DRYWALL TO FLOOR WHERE SEALED CONCRETE IS THE FLOORING.

PAINTING CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY ALL FINISHES FOR PROPER PRIMER APPLICATIONS.

PROVIDE INTERIOR DESIGNER WITH A MINIMUM OF (3) 8" x 10" BRUSH-OUTS OF EACHCOLOR AND FINISH FOR APPROVAL AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO SITE APPLICATION.
