1) ICT applications become an important part of teaching and learning.

2) The Ministry of Education has invested a huge effort in terms of funding and training to equip teachers and students with ICT skills.

1) Lacks of building to place the ICT components such as computer, LCD and so on.

2) Lacks of experience and general knowledge about the ways to integrate ICT.

3) Students in rural area are not afford to buy computer.

4) Students have not enough time in school schedule for ICT projects.

1) Teacher should be trained to familiar to the ICT equipment.

2) Introduced technology into the classroom as one of the priority of educational planner.

3) Government need to think a new way or method to be applied to the students to introduce ICT to them.

Teachers are required to attend courses to improve their ICT skills.

Get use to ICT equipments and applications.

Learn from experience teacher.

What government can do to improve ICT facilities in

rural area?

Provide internet access.

Provide IT center.

Provide notebooks to students in rural area.

What are the roles played by teachers, school and

parents in order to achieve teaching & learning by using ICT applications?

Teachers : give freedom to students to use computer but still under the supervision of teachers.

Schools : organize a ‘Literacy Computer Day’. Provide computer with facilities and must regularly maintained.

Parents : send their children to computer class. Provide computer with internet service.
