Head Office located in Buyukcekmece (Catalca) over 100,000 sqm land of owned property.

Catalca Complex includes 22,000 sqm customs bounded and non-customs bounded warehouses together with

two office buildings of total 3000 sqm.

Professional maintenance and fuel station within the same premises.

International fleet of 153 owned T.I.R units including 10 units of hanging garment trailers.

Weekly in average 45 trailers departs to and from Europe in both ways.

Bursa branch is constructed on a 20,000 sqm land of owned property with total 5000 sqm of warehouses.

Investment of land for Gebze branch is completed and the plan of construction is in progress.

Team power reached to 317 personnel in January 2012

Erenkoy customs authorized bounded warehouse and free depot activated in Istanbul Tuzla by May 2013.

Historical Summary

1990 Company is founded. First agency agreement signed with Italian correspondent. 1991 Office building was bought in Merter/ISTANBUL. 1992 Bought 10 units of truck/trailer and started the service by own fleet. 1993 Signed the Agency Agreement with Greek correspondent. 1994 Land, for full-integrated-services, was bought in Buyukcekmece (Catalca) and the Construction started. 15 more truck/trailers invested into business. 1995 Catalca Complex opened for use and Custom Bounded Warehouse started to be operated. First Spanish Agency Agreement signed. 1996 Local distribution services started. Swiss Agency Agreement is signed. 1997 Additional investment of 30 more trucks/trailers completed. 1998 National distribution services enforced by additional vehicle investment 1999 Started to use integrated logistic software called “SOFT” 2000 Investment of new office building. 20 more truck/trailers joined in. Agency Agreement of French correspondent signed. 2001 Construction of additional custom bounded warehouse accomplished. Investment of 10 truck/trailers brought the fleet to 85 units in total.

German correspondent signed the Agency Agreement.

2002 In BURSA, 2500 sqm warehouse and office building bought. 61,200sqm land invested in Gebze for a new integrated site. 2003 Bursa branch started to serve with its customs bounded warehouses. The largest fleet investment at one lot consists of 51 units activated. New agency contract signed with Transnatur Group in Spain and Portugal. Signed agency agreement with SAM Monaco Logistique 2004 Bursa branch kept developing their borders by almost doubling up to 18,000sqm land and 5,000 sqm warehouse. 2007 The first part of investment plan for 51 units TIR, activated with initial 16 units 2008 Investment plan is completed with additional 35 units. 2009 GPS system for tracing the vehicles integrated on the fleet. 2010 Additional hanging garment trailers invested 2011 30 new trailers joined the fleet. Additional 4400 sqm of land invested in Bursa – Nilufer. 2013 New warehouse in Istanbul – Tuzla started its activities including bounded area permitted by Erenkoy customs.
