courses are available through CLASSROOM COACHING, All Ajmer OPEN TEST SERIES & Distance

learning / Correspondence courses anywhere in India.

Payment of FEE:

* The fee is to be deposited only through cash at C2 or office.

* Two instalments mode is permitted. ( ForRACE Course Classes till of 30Nov. 2017 i.e Syllabus asked

for Round 1 of every competitive exam; Workshops for Round II Classes in / after December 2016 may

be chargeable, but charges will be nominal for enrolled students)

* Fee (according to Fee Chart) is to be deposited before interview & counselling after the

declaration of the result.

* Any deviation in fee payment from the prescribed schedule will lead to cancellation and termination of

Admission.

* No fee or any part of it will be refunded in case you leave the institute / RACE Course. Here,

your departure from the institute / change of Course may be voluntary or due to any other reason.

Result of SCREENING TEST : * The result for the SCREENING TEST will be declared on / before April 17, 2017. * The result will be displayed on INSTITUTES NOTICE BOARD on the scheduled day at 5PM and may

also be available in the leading newspaper/s of Ajmer. * No telephone communication regarding the result shall be entertained.

* Result will also be sent by post to all the appearing candidates.

Re- Evaluation: * Re- Evaluation of the Answer key can be asked within 5 days of the declaration of the result. For this the

applicant should submit a written application with a cash payment of Rs 50/-.

* Answer books will not be made open to candidates / parents / guardians.

IDENTITY CARD: * Registration cum Identification card is issued to every student at the time of admission.

* Every student must bring his / her I- Card while entering the INSTITUTE .

* Without I- Card student will not be permitted to attend the classes / to appear in for other purposes.

* In case if a student loses his / her I- Card, duplicate card will be issued on submitting a written

* We conduct 6 normal lectures per week (Regular classes OF 1.5 TO 2Hrs.) for RACE Course for

the students of North & South Campus at their respective centres.

* In addition to create healthy competition & to make student “an OCEAN FISH” from a “POND

FISH”, we conduct of both R1 & RS-1 batches in a single campus occasionally, the most tentative schedule for which is as follows.

* Extra Classes (EC’s) are taken depending on the requirement.( In this, our timings will be final)

* Doubt Removing Sessions (DR’s) are also conducted according to the requirement.

Periodic Minor / Sudden / Major Tests : * To evaluate students academic performance, the institute conducts various periodic tests at specified

Intervals. * The tests may be Objective, Subjective or mixed in nature. * These tests may also form the basis of batch reshuffling. * The entire session’s monthly schedule is provided to the students at the time of admission, hence

no telephone communication will be entertained regarding Time Schedule.

# SN-SO: Sr.National Science Olympiad Senior

& SiOS: Sr.International Olympiad of Science

The SNSO (Sr.National Science Olympiad) is one of the most prestigious science competitions

in India. It is a competition for school students. The students from classes 2-12 are eligible for

appearing in it. On the basis of the 1st level, top 500 students and all school toppers (with

minimum 10 enrollments from the class concerned) from each standard are selected for the 2nd

level. On the basis of the 1st level exam, a School Topper Medal is awarded to every class

topper (with minimum 10 enrollments in the class concerned) in each participating school. The

next NSO will be held on November 22, 2012. Here is the awarding scheme:

# SI-MO: Senior International Maths Olympiad

& SiOM: Sr.International Olympiad of Maths

The IMO (International Mathematics Olympiad) is a mean to identify and encourage the

mathematical creativity of children in schools across India and abroad. The students from classes

2-12 are eligible for appearing in it. On the basis of the 1st level, top 500 students and all school

toppers (with minimum 10 enrollments from the class concerned) from each standard are

selected for the 2nd level. On the basis of the 1st level exam, a School Math Genius Medal is

awarded to every class topper (with minimum 10 enrollments in the class concerned) in each

participating school. The top 500 students appear for a 2nd level examination and according to

these, the prizes are given. The next IMO will be held on December 6, 2012. The award scheme

is same as it was in Sc. Olympiad

# NMTC: National Mathematics Talent Contest (Popular as MATHS-NTSE)

The AMTI (Association of Maths Teachers in India, Chennai) is a pioneer organisation in promoting

and conducting Maths Talent Tests in India. This year around 66000 students from 332 institutions

spread all over India, participated at the screening level; 10% of them were selected for the final test.

For the benefit of final level contestants and few to be chosen for INMO (India National Mathematical

Olympiad) special orientation camps will be conducted.

Total Time : 90 minutes i.e One and half hour.
