Notes From Our Director
The beautiful fall colors are beginning to show outside and we have a month
packed full of fun! As you saw on page one, our annual Trunk or Treat will be held
on Friday, October 27th! We encourage you and your children to dress in your
best Halloween costume, but we do ask that your children wait to put on their costumes until the
Parade gets underway. By not wearing their costumes during the school day we can ensure all cos-
tumes stay complete and in excellent condition. This event is open to all families and please feel
free to invite your neighbors, relatives and friends.
We are asking for a donation of 1 bag of candy, which the School Age classroom will be sending
to Our Soldiers through the Operation Gratitude Program the first week of November.
If you would like to participate in our Trunk or Treat event, please let us know asap, parking
spaces are assigned first come first served. If this is your first Trunk or Treat event, we ask for vol-
unteer parents to decorate their vehicle’s trunk and hand out treats to our children while they pa-
rade around our parking lot. After the parade, parents and guests are welcome to their children’s
classroom for a small party (except Infants).
