Il motore essendo posizionato al centro, dove confluiscono i tubi più importanti di un telaio e dove si scarica la maggiore potenza di pedalata, trasferisce con la minor perdita di potenza l’energia direttamente dal motore alla guarnitura e di conseguenza alla ruota tramite la catena. Questo si traduce in una sensazione di maggior controllo e sicurezza per il ciclista.

Being positioned in the centre, where the most important tubes of a frame converge and where the maximum pedalling power concentrates, the motor transfers the energy directly to the crankset and therefore to the wheel via the chain, losing as little power as possible. This translates in the cyclist feeling greater control and safety.

Il motore in posizione posteriore garantisce estrema affidabilità nonchè più controllo del mezzo rispetto a quello anteriore. La pedalata risulta quindi più dolce e perfetta per chi desidera muoversi con il minimo sforzo.

The rear motor ensures maximum reliability as well as increased control of the vehicle in comparison with the front motor. Pedalling is therefore softer and perfect for those who wish to move with minimum effort.

Le celle inserite nei battery pack a parità di capacità aumentano l’autonomia della bici e di conseguenza i cicli di ricarica. La tecnologia sviluppata da Samsung riduce totalmente “l’effetto memoria” quindi non è più necessario attendere che la batteria sia completamente scarica per procedere con il nuovo ciclo di ricarica.

The Samsung and Sanyo Panasonic lithium batteries used in Armony bikes have been chosen because of their technology, duration and quality.Their capacity being equal, the cells in the battery pack increase the bike autonomy and, consequently, the recharge cycles. The technology developed by Samsung reduces the “memory effect” totally, therefore it is no longer necessary to wait for the battery to be completely flat to recharge it.

Il motore a sensore di coppia ha valori maggiori di accelerazione e velocità, garantendo stabilità e rigidità dinamica. Il sistema costruttivo garantisce, in assenza di manutenzione, maggiore durata con meno particolari soggetti ad usura. Nell’utilizzo della bicicletta su strada e fuoristrada il sistema Torque Drive di Armony assicura una pedalata più morbida e fluida, inoltre grazie al minor assorbimento a parità di pedalata si acquista maggiore autonomia. Il motore Torque Drive viene alloggiato su un telaio dedicato.

The torque sensor motor has higher acceleration and speed values, guaranteeing stability and dynamic stiffness. Without any maintenance, the construction guarantees longer life with fewer particulars subject to wear and tear. When using the bike on- and off-road, Armony’s Torque Drive system guarantees softer and more fluid pedalling, moreover, thanks to the lower absorption with the same pedalling, greater autonomy is achieved. The Torque Drive motor is located on a dedicated frame.
