Founded in 1960 (Milan, Italy) as a real estate development and banking group, we are now a multi-sector and multinational organization with business units located in Italy, Luxembourg, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama, and Turks & Caicos Islands (BWI).

Industrial Parks & Free ZonesWe are pioneers – since the 1980’s – in the development and management of Industrial Parks and Export Processing Free Zones in Central America. Today we are market leaders in the region with a network of 5 parks in operation: Costa Rica (3), Guatemala and Nicaragua.

Our business is to provide multinational and local customers with warehousing space for manufacturing, assembly and logistics purposes.

Real Estate DevelopmentsOur most creative and dynamic division encompasses the development of shopping malls, office and residential buildings, as well as mixed-use complexes in different parts of the world. AgriculturalInvestments Due to our belief in the world’s growing necessity for sustainable food production, we hold long-term investments in extensive agricultural properties. In joint-venture with sector specialists, we produce a range of goods – with practices in full respect of the environment – including palm oil, rice, sugar cane, beef and swine meat in Central America, and wine and olive oil in Italy.

Finance& Private EquityOur know-how of the complete real estate cycle – from undeveloped land to finished real estate products – together with our profound knowledge of specific markets, allows us to provide professional investment advisory to private companies and REITs, with the capacity to structure complex real estate deals.

We are the founders and cornerstone investors of the ZETA Investment Fund, SICAV-SIF, a regulated, open-ended, private equity real estate fund, registered in Luxembourg.
