Menlo Park is excited to bring back last year’s hit summer camp program for 3 & 4 year olds at the Arrillaga Family Recreation Center as part of our Mini and Menlo Madness summer camps! Campers will experience fun-filled mornings of making new friends, cooking, arts & crafts, games on the field, and activities in the nearby gym and gymnastics center. Sign up on a week-to-week basis or register for all 8 weeks to receive a discount. Early bird discounts are available until May 1st. We also offer the option to place a $25 non-refundable deposit on all weekly camps which allows you to make final payments at a later date. With our small ratio of kids to counselors - parents can rest assured that their children will be safe and having fun!

SKIP,HOP,PLAY!POLICIES & PROCEDURES• T-Shirts - Each child will be given one camp t-shirt. A second t-shirt is available to purchase for an additional fee if desired. We require that each child wear

his/her camp shirt on scheduled days when we leave the Recreation Center. • Lunch - Your child will need to bring a lunch with them each day to camp unless otherwise noted. We will provide a small morning snack daily. • Potty Trained - We require all program participants to be fully potty trained prior to registering for camp.• Parent Release Forms - We must have a parent release/emergency form on file for every camper. It will be kept onsite and our staff must be notified if anyone

other than the individual on the form is picking up your child. We will check identification cards of those individuals picking up children at the end of the day.• Injury & Illness - In the event of an injury or illness, our staff will attend immediately to your child and notify you as soon as possible, depending upon the

degree of the injury. • Refunds & Cancellations - If you cannot attend the camp or find the camp is not meeting your expectations, it is possible to request either a transfer or a

refund. If you choose to transfer, we will apply the pro-rated amount of your enrollment fee to another camp or class. If you prefer to receive a refund, a $15 processing fee will be deducted from the pro-rated fee based on the date of the request. In the event that the camp is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
