2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from General Manager (P & C) Office LWMC and inspect the Bidding Document at the address given below from 0900 to 1500 hours.

3. The Bidding Document, in the English language, may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Pak Rs.500/-

4. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the address given below at 1100 hours on August 15, 2011. Bidder may choose to submit bid for single item or all of the aforementioned items.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before August 22, 2011 on 1100 Hours. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than 5% of the bid price in Pak Rupees. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened on the same day on 1130 Hours in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

6. The lowest responsive bidder will have to submit the performance security 10% of the contract values in shape of bank guarantee. The total time period for supply of aforementioned items will be 45 days after issuance of purchase order/award letter.

7. The undersigned reserves the right to enhance or reduce the quantity and also reserves the right to reject or accept any or all

Bids without assigning any reason.

8. M/S Lahore Waste Management Company will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by Bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of Bids.
