Great Productivity, Vertical Tapping Center

Our spindles that are all direct driven perform a wide range of machining

process along with betterment of the main axis rigidity that prevents heat

distortions. The maximum round per min of our spindles is 20,000 rpm.

ATC repetitive precision is improved by increasing standard diameter and extends tool life by protecting Z-axis from deformation during high-speed operation.

Rigid TappingWe have adapted the rigid tapping as a standard feature for all products, which

should be able to maximize customers’ productivity with “inch perfect” accurate/

prompt tap processing. In addition, the precision of our rigid tap process has

been proved in accordance with all relevant ISO certificates and also even

tapping tool life can be extended. Furthermore the processing time has been

saved on the reverse rotation with triple speed up return.

The system uses main axis fixing 2 faces (BBT #30) which contact main axis and

taper cross-sections to reduce vibration and realize high-speed processing

Guide Way

LM Guide with excellent response has been equipped to minimize noise during

traverse of axis and this LM Guide is also another great factor to reduce non-

cutting time. In addition, our guide way system maintains to keep machines in

high-precision even for long-term usage and minimize slide side abrasion and

stick slip that general guide way easily gets

Servo Motor

Rapid transfer speed of each axis can reach out to for reach up to 60m/min

in maximum that also can reduce a great amount of non-cutting time with 1G

of acceleration and deceleration. (the range of rapid traverse for each axis is

various and depending on machines)

Ball Screw

Our Ball screws have been developed to minimize heat distortions and remove

backlash with 4 column preloaded angular thrust bearings from both sides.

(No. of preloaded angular thrust bearings: X 4ea / Y 4ea / Z 4ea) Moreover Ball

screws on our machines have been directly connected with individual servo

motors to allow machines to attain the high-precise axes traverse.
