Starting a shift in iTicket POS

1. Select Login2. Check Date and Time & Enter Password3. Review any Notifications4. Printer Check & EULA5. Verify On Hand Inventory6. Print Shift Startup Report

1) Select Login

Select Login to start your shift.

2)Date/Time & Password

Date and time are critical. If correct then… Use the keyboard to enter your password.

Select OK to continue.Select Yes to continue.

3)Notifications

Notification about balancing. Time to check the printer, make sure you have paper.Select OK to continue. Select OK to continue.

4) Printer Check and EULA

If you get a good test print then select No to continue. Select OK to continue.Do you need to test the printer again?

5) On Hand Inventory

2)Use pin pad to enter quantity. 3)Select Proceed to continue1)Select the item

6)Shift Startup Report

Select No to continue.Message allows you to reprint report. You have completed your shift start up.

Closing a shift in iTicket POS

1. Select Close Shift2. Tender Balancing3. Shift End Inventory4. Shift End Review5. Close Shift6. Shift End Report

1) Select Close Shift

Select Close Shift to begin closing your shift.

2)Tender Balancing

1) Select the Tender. 2) Use the pin pad to enter in the amount 3) Select Proceed to continue.

3)Shift End Inventory

2) Select the Item.

4)Shift End Review

Message asks to confirm you are ready to close shift.

Select Close Shift to continue Select Yes to continue.

5)Close Shift

Message asking you to confirm you have enough paper. Select Yes if are ready to print your shift end report.

Select Yes to continue.Select Yes to continue.

6)Shift End Report

This option allows you to reprint the shift report. This concludes the shift end process.If you get a good test print then select No to continue.

DO NOT CLOSE the VM window manually or shut down the PC until complete.

The system will close down and log off the VM/PC once complete.
