Diligently monitored over 1600 network connections ranging from T3 Microwave setups, conducted initial troubleshooting of network switches and routers, and contacted stakeholders to verify power and report circuit status.

Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name Service (DNS), Common Access Card (CAC) management, and performed account services such as account transfers.

Provided Support for exchange services including Desktop E-mail, Web-based E-mail, Mobile E-mail, E-mail Distribution lists, and exchange mailbox transfers.

Skilled member of the Registration Authority Team 1 of 8 members of the entire Coast Guard responsible for providing Classified access to the SIPR network

Provided Around the Clock support to complete the migration from username and password logins to token login requiring 40 overtime hours and the shipment of over 4000 tokens to units throughout the entire Coast Guard.
