Your America's Best 401k representative will send out thesignature and welcome packets for you to review, signand return. You'll also be introduced to your contact at Lincoln Trustwho will guide the conversion process on their end.
Plan sponsor executes and returns all signature pages, welcomepacket and current plan document to Lincoln Trust.Upon receipt, Lincoln Trust provides the following documents tothe plan sponsor : Sample termination letter Plan census template

Lincoln Trust maps the plan document and schedules aconference call with plan sponsor and advisor.Plan sponsor sends termination notice to current provider.Lincoln Trust establishes blackout dates with current provider.

Blackout lifted; participants are able to make transactions throughthe Lincoln Trust website.Lincoln Trust provides login credentials to plan sponsor andadvisor.Website and payroll demonstration call scheduled betweenLincoln Trust and plan sponsor.Plan sponsor submits first payroll to Lincoln Trust.
After the first few payroll files have been sucessfullycompleted, Lincoln Trust transfers plan from conversionmanager to permanent relationship manager
Lincoln Trust will have a call with your contact to get youcomfortable with the plan sponsor site and the payroll andcensus uploads.
