EN-1598

CEPRO welding curtains are made for use in workplaces where bystanders must be protected against the hazardous radiation emitted during welding work. CEPRO curtains comply with the very high requirements of the European standard for welding curtains: EN-1598

CEPRO welding curtains are made from 0,38 mm thick pvc, Size 180 x 180 cm (6 x 6) The curtains are on the right and left side equipped with a unique snap fastener system that enables

the user to connect the curtains with each other in order to create a curtain in any required width. Are fully seamed all around with 5 cm wide seams, Are fit with eyelets all around. All seams, eyelets and snap-fasteners are high frequency sealed this creates an extreme strong fixing

that reduces the chances of tear and thus substantially extend the life span of the curtain considerably. All curtains come with a set of steel suspension-rings for hanging them on a tube with max 1 diameter.

WELDING BLANKETS

Welding blanket Asteria 600 CAsteria is a Thermo-E-Glass fabric that is heat treated (caramelized). The maximum application temperature is 550 C (peak up to 600C). Material weight 580 gram/m.

Welding blanket Kronos 600 CKronos is a Thermo-E-Glass fabric with a specially formulated grey fire-retardant PU coating on one side with aluminium pigments to increase the antislip properties and resistance to fraying. The maxi-mum application temperature is 550 C (peak up to 600C). Material weight 690 gram/m.

Welding blanket Thetis 900 CThetis is a Thermo-E-Glass fabric with a black graphite coating on both sides. The maximum application temperature is 700 C (peak up to 900 C). Material weight 1100 gram/m.

CEPRO offers and extensive product range to provide shielding against sparks and welding spatter. Blankets are used in situations where welding sparks can cause damage or fire to its surroundings. Examples of use are a.o. in the car bodywork and repair business, ship-building, welding maintenance and construction jobs.

WELDING SCREENS

EN-1598Welding screen GazelleHeight 200 cm x width 200 cm

The very practical Gazelle is a basic screen to shield smaller welding spots. The screens is produced from galvanised pipe, has a very light weight and can be easily moved by hand. The screen is provided with a 170 cm high curtain (leaving 40 cm floorspace) Gazelle screens are packed in a very practical box (110 cm in length) which makes it afford-able to ship them to customers by parcel-services and even mail.

Welding screen OmniumHeight 200 cm x width 195 cm

The Omnium is a premium quality welding screen, made from round pipe (30 x 2 mm) and rectangular pipe (30x40x2 mm). Is powder coated with grey enamel (RAL 7035) and fit with a 180 cm high curtain. For increased flexibility this screen is standard supplied including 4 castors (two of them with a break). The fixings of the screen are strong and durable for an increased life-span.

Welding screens are used when there is no immediate fixing spot (like a rail-system or a tube) for the standard curtain. Screens can be easily moved around in a workplace and increase the flexibility on the welding spot.

Flexibility in creating and shaping a shielded workspace. Fit with curtains that meet the EN-1598 standard for welding curtains. Choice in several quality levels (Omnium and Gazelle). Omnium product is fit with castors and increases flexibility in the workplace.

OUTDOOR WELDING

CEPRO welding tents and welding umbrellas are made for outdoor working. Sometimes welding work has to be done outdoors and a temporary working area has to be covered.

CEPRO manufactures heavy duty welding umbrellas and welding tents, designed from special fabric to withstand the elements. Our outdoor welding products shield you from all kinds of weather conditions while you work.

The frame is made from strong galvanized tubes, 25 mm, which guarantees a long life span.

The height in the middle is 220 cm, that makes the tent also suitable for tall persons.
