IX-C Certification and Licensing
InterNACHI collects and record data upon every member who completes a combination of courses that a regulating body approves to meet their standard of providing a minimum number of hours of training related to home inspections.
A member who has completed that type of training can be identified in our database and correlated to state exam pass/fail rate data, if provided by the state or regulating body.
We know of no home inspection regulating body that provides pass/fail rates and examinee identification data to organizations or education providers. They simply do not collect and record that data. States recognize the NHIE, national home inspector exam, a for-profit company that does not provide that information.
