Jay Dacuycuy, Experience Global Executive

Professional ExperienceMr. Dacuycuy has a solid background in leadership and extensive experience in the field of international operations, audit and management. Before joining Top Web Rank, he worked for 16 years as manager in various capacities for the world’s largest print services and express transportation company, five of those years leading international divisions as president and country manager in large and diverse countries such as China, Korea and Canada. He also has worked and lived in Japan and has traveled extensively in more than 40 countries. In addition, he has had a very successful and decorated career as a regional manager in the United States.

Mr. Dacuycuy also held the title Senior Manager, International Operations for FedEx. In this role, he was responsible for all FedEx Office locations outside of the United States. He had International responsibility for establishing ongoing operational performance standards and objectives, and conducting regular operations reviews and audits including marketing, operations management, finance, human resources, legal and information technology.

Mr. Dacuycuy is a pioneer at FedEx Office in adapting and integrating management control theory and TQM techniques into the international marketing and operations process.
