As per the Covernment Order read as Ist paper above, sanction was accorded to start178 .new Higher Secondary Schools in Government and Aided Sectors in Thrissur Districtand other 6 Districts of the Malabar area from the academic year 2010-11 onwards. Sanctionwas also accorded for engaging Guest Lecturers in the newly sanctioned Higher SecondarySchools till regular teaching posts were created, Out of the 178 new Higher Secondaryschools started, 146 were in private aided sector. Subsequently as per Government Orderread as 4th paper above sanction was accorded to create the posts of Principals and Teachersin Bel Aided Higher Secondary Schools sanctioned w.e.f 06/08/20fl (ie., on the academicyear 2010-11) as detailed below:

(2) Now as per letter read as 5th paper above, the Director of HigherSecondary Education has forwarded proposal to Covernment for creation andupgradation of Teaching posts and Lab Assistant posts for the academic year 2011-12 in the Aided Higher Secondary Schools sanctioned as per the Government Orders.read as Ist, 2nd and 3rd papers above. As per the 'proposal forwarded by theDirector of Higher Secondary Education, the posts areto be created and upgraded in I149 Aided. Higher Secondary Schools as follows: . ,

(3) Covernmr nt have examined the matter in detail with reference torelevant rules and orders and are pleased to accord sanction for the creation andupgradation of post with 1 rospective effect as per the detail. given below:

(6) The Director of Higher Secondary Education will ensure that theappointments in the newly sanctioned posts are done by the management strictly asper Rule 5 chapter XXXII of KER 1959. .
