JAMSHEDPUR:

This is the place where the foundation of Indian Steel Industry was laid inthe beginning of the last century. This city is named after the founder ofThe Tata Iron and Steel Company, Late Jamshetji Tata and has twonames Jamshedpur and & Tatanagar.

Jamsh;dpur is situated in the Dalbhum sub-division of Singhbhum (E)district in the state of Jharkand. It stands on the main railway line
