OUR VISION A WORLD IN WHICH YOUTH AND ADULTS LEARN, GROW, AND WORK TOGETHER AS CATALYSTS FOR POSTIVE CHANGE

Club Officer Books and Record Books

Club officer books are due to the CEO by September 16. These are the treasurer, secretary, and historian

books. It is mandatory for all club treasurer books to be turned in for audit. Member record books are due to

the club leaders, check with them for a due date.

Record book forms are available at the CEO and the web page: extension.iastate.edu/Jackson/4h

4-H Enrollment

Enrollment begins September 15th! You can access the online system at:

www.extension.iastate.edu/jackson. There is a link right on the homepage. The MOST important thing to

remember is that all returning members have a profile set-up, you just need to log in to it. You need to type your

e-mail address (if you don’t remember what address you used, contact the CEO) and type your password from

last year, or select "I forgot my password." After you retrieve your password, you can log in and change it, then

get to work getting enrolled!

If you have any questions, please contact Heather! We learned many tricks and tips, and can get through just

about anything! If you do not have computer access, please contact Heather, and we can make arrangements.

The re-enrollment deadline is November 1st, 2013.

supporters of the ribbon and animal auctions. If you need help finding an address of

your buyer, please contact the CEO. Other individuals and organizations to send
