y l[ glq gbThe three concentric rings of Jacob’s Wheel are reflections of the three highest sefiroth: Kether (outer ring), Hockmah (middle ring), and Binah (inner ring). Their influence is felt as elemental Air,

Water, and Earth (a, m, and t). The

key mandala at the centre of the wheel reflects the sephirah Daath and the hidden elemental Fire

(ç).

The seven spokes correspond with the seven lower sefiroth: Hesed, Geburah, Tifareth, Netzah, Hod, Yesod, and Malkuth. Each of the seven is a triad of elements: Earth, Water, and Air - reflecting the Physical, Astral, and Mental planes. The Fire element

is hidden and dormant until the seven vessels have

been consecrated and purified.

Invoke the Ophanim angels of the Pillar of

Severity with the suffix: hy.

They are angels of Involution. They are on the inward spiral. Their motion is counter-clockwise. Their symbols are Essau, and the Moon.

Invoke the Ophanim angels of

the Pillar of Mercy with the

suffix: la. They are angels

of Evolution. They are on the outward spiral. Their motion is clockwise. Their symbols are Jacob, and the Sun.

The seven angels of Fire rule over all others. There are 21 angels who each rule over one of the 21 mandalas. There are 147 elemental angels: 49 of Air, of Water, and of Earth. There are also 441 ‘lesser’ angels under them (not listed).

The 49 angels of Earth are connected with the Physical plane. The 49 angels of Water are connected with the Astral plane. The 49 angels of Air are connected with the Mental plane.
