510 respondents answered the question and 4 skipped the question, of those 510 respondents that answered the question 324 (63.5%) answered they live in Croydon but not in the town centre; 91 (17.8%) answered they live in the town centre and 117 (22.9%) answered they work in Croydon town centre.2Question 3: to what extent do you agree or disagree that each of these behaviours has affected your enjoyment or use of the town centre?Respondents were asked to what extent do you agree or disagree that each of these behaviours has affected your enjoyment or use of the town centre?

The results show the top 3 issues respondents strongly agree affected their enjoyment or use of the town centre are: littering 226 (47.88%), groups of people acting in a manner which may cause alarm or distress to others 208 (41.98%), and rowdy and/or inconsiderate behaviour 199 (41.98%)

Respondents are less concerned about prostitution-related activity only 95 (20.0)% strongly agree they are affected by prostitution-related activity

The survey results show the top 3 issues respondents listed as got worse are: littering 223 (48.90%), rowdy and/or inconsiderate behaviour 211(46.68%) and groups of people acting in a manner which may cause alarm or distress to others 207 (45.10%)

The survey results showed : 43 respondents agree with the need for a PSPO whereas 16 respondents disagreed with the need for a PSPO as existing legislation is fine, and 12 respondents do not agreed for the need of another set of laws, 22 respondents do not see cycling and skateboarding as anti-social and not a problem that needs enforcement, 16 respondents said the PSPO should be expanded to other areas7
