JAGUAR NEWS Hello Murrieta Jaguars, December is here and we are almost to the halfway point of the school year. Our 1 st semester report cards will be going home on the last day before winter break. As we bring 2017 to a close, we get to reflect on all the great moments our Jaguars have highlighted this year. Our school has grown over 150 students and we have welcomed new faces and families. Our PTC has provided many great programs and opportunities for our students. The hard work of many has been instrumental in providing a great education for our Jaguars. Our outreach at Murrieta Elementary has been incredible once again this year. Our staff has generously given to the United Way again, raising money for charities all over the valley. Also this year we have given over 1000 pounds of food to the Mur- rieta Food Pantry with our “Bags of Love” program. Thanks to all of you who have given back to our community for the families in need. We have a new digital information board on campus that will update our students on new clubs and events going on at school. The students are super excited about this and we look forward to posting videos and events on the board. We are excited about our PTC holiday activities this month, with our Santa Night on Friday, December 8 th and our Holiday Boutique December 20 th and 21 st . Our Fine Arts Club will be singing Christmas Carols to the students on the last week before the break. We hope you have an amazing winter break. We are looking forward to 2018 and all the wonderful growth our students are continuing to make each and every day. Sincerely, Mr. Lurkins and Mrs. Kea Newsletter December 2017

JAGUAR NEWS Hello Murrieta Jaguars,

December is here and we are almost to the halfway point of the school year. Our

1st semester report cards will be going home on the last day before winter break.

As we bring 2017 to a close, we get to reflect on all the great moments our Jaguars

have highlighted this year. Our school has grown over 150 students and we have

welcomed new faces and families. Our PTC has provided many great programs and

opportunities for our students. The hard work of many has been instrumental in

providing a great education for our Jaguars.

Our outreach at Murrieta Elementary has been incredible once again this year. Our

staff has generously given to the United Way again, raising money for charities all

over the valley. Also this year we have given over 1000 pounds of food to the Mur-

rieta Food Pantry with our “Bags of Love” program. Thanks to all of you who have

given back to our community for the families in need.

We have a new digital information board on campus that will update our students

on new clubs and events going on at school. The students are super excited about

this and we look forward to posting videos and events on the board.

We are excited about our PTC holiday activities this month, with our Santa Night on

Friday, December 8th and our Holiday Boutique December 20th and 21st. Our Fine

Arts Club will be singing Christmas Carols to the students on the last week before

the break.

We hope you have an amazing winter break. We are looking forward to 2018 and

all the wonderful growth our students are continuing to make each and every day.

Sincerely,

Mr. Lurkins and Mrs. Kea
