PET STRAPAt present,PET strap is replacing steel strap and widely used by most steel, aluminum, chemical fiber, cotton, bricks, paper, timber, construction, metal industries for medium & heavy load strapping.

HIGH TENSILE STRENGTH: With compatible tensile strength and higher shock load of steel strap, thus ensure the safety in transportation.

ELONGATION: Elongation of PET strap is only 1/6 of PP strap, can withhold longer tightening force.

WITHSTAND HIGH TEMPERATURE: Melting point of PET is 260°C, will not deform under 120°C.

GOOD FLEXIBILITY: Without sharp edges of steel strap thus preventing damaging to strapping object and safe in operating.

NICE APPEARANCE AND RUST PROOF: Will not rust and pollute as steel strap, resistance to UV ray.

ECONOMIC BENEFITS: One metric ton of PET strap is equivalent to six metric tons of steel strap, Since unit price per meter is lower, thus can bring down much of your cost.

Composite Strap (Cord Strap) is the latest development in non-metallic

shipping strapping technology and most commonly used. Made from High Tensity

Polyester Filament yarns embedded in a polymer coating, Composite strapping is often

referred to as "Synthetic Steel".

Incorporating all the benefits of bonded and woven poly strapping, Composite strapping

offers additional advantages like high abrasion resistance and the highest possible joint

efficiency in the buckle. These capabilities are completely unaffected by climatic

circumstances. Composite Strap offers the highest printing quality and can be supplied in

a wide variety of fine colors.

Composite Strap can be applied in a limitless number of applications. It is known to be the

safer, stronger, easier to use and cost effective alternative to almost all applications where

steel strapping is currently being used.

STRETCHFILM

The main raw material for Stretch Film is LLDPE (linear low density polyethylene), HDPE(High

Density Polyethylene), PVC(Polyvinyl chloride), PE(Polyethylene) using double layer

co-extrusion cast production process. With self-adhesive, transparent, non-toxic, environment

friendly, high tensile longitudinal and transverse tear strength, puncture resistance character-

istics, it is widely used in various pallet packaging or consolidate packaging, so as to reduce

moisture and provide a dust proof environment, improving efficiency and reducing cost. Our

BOPPADHESIVE TAPE

Bioxially Oriented Polypropelene (BOPP) Film coated with acrylic based adhesive in different

micron (gsm) coating thickness. The BOPP tape is available in different colours. BOPP tape is

used in carton box sealing and for stationery purpose. Printing of single and multiple colour is

also possible with logo or customized design. We also have Rubber based BOPP Tape which is

ideal for cold temperature packing purpose because this particular tape can withstand from

-25 °C to 60 °C Temperatures.
