Plan

How do I create a plan?To create a plan, go to the Strategic Planning module of the Model Workbench, and select “Create Plans”. Select the “Model” tab above the plan taxonomy.

Select the new plan parent within the taxonomy and using the “Add Plan” button, create a new plan. Enter the plan name, description (optional), period (optional), Organization Unit (optional but drives the related objectives) and Initiative (optional but drives the related roadmap). Click save.

Note that your Objectives will need to be associated to your organization unit through the “Delegated to Role” relationship and Epics will need to be associated to your Initiative through the “Contributes to Improvement” relationship.

Your new plan will now be found within the plan taxonomy and within the selection dropdown on the view plan page.
