This law firm and subsequently lawyer Daniel L Schwartz were

hired by FREEMAN EXPOSITION INC.

FREEMAN EXPOSITION INC. is a family owned multibillion-

dollar company.

As a result, FREEMAN EXPOSITION INC. is able to outbid their

competitors.

Their profits are enormous!

FREEMAN EXPOSITION INC. is self-insured.

FREEMAN EXPOSITION INC. controls OSHA OF NEVADA,

WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION OF NEVADA, the labor unions

and the courts!

Freeman hires third-party administrators like GALLAGHER

BASSETT and SPECIALTY RISK SERVICES (SRS) to do their

dirty work!

If that doesn’t work, they hire law firms like LEWIS, BRISBOIS,

BISGAARD & SMITH.

This is an open letter currently on the Internet with links attached.

As you are fully aware, I have posted a website titled, “ONE MAN’S

FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION.”

This expanding website currently at 275 pages was first posted

several years ago.

“Episode 12” of my website this titled, “The Corruption and Cover-

up involving FREEMAN EXPOSITION INC., OSHA OF NEVADA,

WORKMEN’S COMPENSATION OF NEVADA and THE

TEAMSTER UNION LOCAL 631.”

This 81 page episode speaks for itself in detail!

FREEMAN EXPOSITION INC. is the epitome of “big business.”

Mister, you are a lackey and a bagman for “big business.”

I know you for the trickster, cheat and liar that you are.

I have stated many times in court documents and in articles that I

have written that:

The intent of this open letter is to expose you for the trickster, cheat

and liar that you are!

Every individual on this list has an open letter from myself on the

Internet! I want to make something perfectly clear.

At no time did I receive any treatments from any doctor for any

alleged injury to my left ankle!

The injury to the talus of my left foot was supported by the

Radiologists report of an MRI that was administered less than eight

months after I was injured.

The talus of the hind foot is adjacent to the metatarsal bones that

were fractured.

I was abandoned by “doctor Raissi!”

MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) may show problems

that cannot be seen with other imaging methods, to include x-rays!

An MRI is actually done more commonly than other tests to check

for bone and joint problems including x-rays!

Why did Raissi lie to me when he indicated that Workmen’s

Compensation does not cover MRIs??????

Gregory A Krohn indicated that, “Dr. Carl Smith and Dr. Michael

Federico were not to be believed!”

This was parroted by you in your “Respondents Answering Brief.”

This sentiment was then parroted by Judge Michael P Villani.

I find it contemptible and disgusting that a corrupt lawyer, a

corrupt government official and a corrupt Judge would have the

gall to label these capable doctors that I respect as liars!

Any actual treatments that I received were limited to periodic

Please note, when I contacted SPECIALTY RISK SERVICES to

inform them that the injury to my left foot had worsened I also told

them that the doctor that Workmen’s Compensation had assigned

to care for my injury had abandoned me!

I was told that I could not reopen my claim unless I did it in writing

after one year!!!!!!

That was a boldfaced lie!

However, this is still another indication of the continuous treachery

that I was dealing with in my attempts to heal my foot and to

arrange to be trained for a less physical occupation!

In your “RESPONDENTS ANSWERING BRIEF” you state,

The reopening statute, NRS 616C.390, states the following:

1. if an application to reopen a claim to increase or rearrange

compensation is made in writing more than one year after the date

on which the claim was closed the insurer shall reopen the claim if:

(a) A change of circumstances warrants an increase or arrangement

of compensation during the life of the claimant

(b) The primary cause of the change of circumstances is the injury

for which the claim was originally made; and

(c) The application is accompanied by the certificate of a physician

or a chiropractor showing a change of circumstances which would

warrant an increase or arrangement of compensation.

I submit that even though I was tricked by SRS, into waiting one year prior to

submitting my request to reopen my claim in writing, I still have met all the

requirements of these provisions!

Based on the provisions that you cited to reopen a Workmen’s

Compensation Case, I have always clearly qualified for all three

Provisions!

Mister, you are a corrupt little man that makes his living using

deceptive and outright fraudulent tactics to trick and cheat honest

law-abiding citizens such as myself that simply want their rights.

Workmen’s Compensation is not compensation from the get-go!

Workers that are severely injured as a result of their employer’s

gross negligence have no recourse!

They are precluded from being able to initiate a lawsuit against

corrupt employers such as Freeman Exposition Inc.

To culminate this charade, there is not even a hearing.

Like yourself, Judge Michael P Villani is a corrupt little man that

also makes his living using deceptive and fraudulent tactics to cheat

and to trick honest hard-working individuals such as myself, who

only want what’s right!

There isn’t a jury in this country that would not have agreed with

my claims and saw right through you for what we know you are.

Lawyers are the most despised group in the United States.

Japan is an industrial nation.

The ratio of lawyers between the US and Japan is 40 to 1 per capita.

The law firm of Lewis, Brisbois, Bisgaard & Smith are lackeys and

bagmen for “big business” such as the family owned multibillion-

dollar company Freeman Exposition Inc.

If you are an honest working man, disabled, older or a veteran do

not conduct any business with this law firm.

Nothing is absolute!

Reason dictates that there has to be some lawyers that can be

trusted and candid with their information.

The truth is that only trial and error works and that can prove to be
