A meeting of the Committee of Studies was held on I 8111 .July, 2019 at 1 0am in the Centre.

The fo llowing members were present:

1. Dr. Mujibur Rehman 2. Dr. Arvind Kumar 3. Dr. Hem Borker 4. Dr. Khalid Ansari 5. Ms. Sufia Nizami 6. Mr. Abu Faizan 7. Dr. Rahul Ramagundam (Offg. Director)

The two external members Prof. Ujjwal Kumar Singh and Prof. S. N. Malakar and the two internal members Prof. Mehtab Manzar and Prof. Naved Iqbal informed about their inconvenience to attend the meeting.

The following agenda items were discussed:

I . Confirmation of the minutes of the last meeting held on 09/10/2018.

2. The M.Phil/Ph.D admissions of the following scholars were approved.

a) Ms. Priyanka- (6th August, 2018) Course work completed with required percentage

b) Ms. Nargis Jahan- (6th August, 2018) Course work completed with required percentage
