Jamie Hayes Retail Sales Expert I specialise in working with large retail businesses to help them build meaningful relationships with their customers, so that their sales become a natural by-product of that relationship. I have coached and trained teams at Apple, NHS, Hilton and P&O, to name a few, providing them with the skills to forge sustainable relationships with their customers. Most recently helping Apple Retail win a deal worth millions of pounds. Great customer service has always been my passion and primary focus. There is something very special about when one human genuinely connects with another during a business interaction - the sale becomes the by-product of the relationship that was forged, and the trust that was gained from working honestly together. I come from a background of working in 5-star environments where I learned invaluable skills and knowledge in how to offer world class customer service, which still has customers writing to me 15 years later. I went on to transform sales teams in a broad range of vertical markets: everything from award winning estate agents, to one of the countries largest insolvency practices. During my last two years at Apple, as their Retail Business Specialist, I won the Apple Spirit of Business award. My experience included speaking publicly at events and training hundreds of Apple sales employees. Today, I am known for transforming failing high street retail stores, by teaching them how to connect with their customers.
