studies the facility must do to comply with the release

of the upcoming 316(b) rule. Additionally, she

contributed to the Gap Analysis studies for two

Entergy plants; evaluating historical baseline studies

and determining future studies that must be done.

CARBO Ceramics. Familiar with pulling LOLI

information for chemicals that may be classified as

Permitting and regulatory matrix development

for a Ethylene Facility for a Key Confidential

Client, 2015

Developed a permit matrix for an exisiting Ethylene

Facility in Lake Charles, LA. The permit matrix

included air, water, ecological, cultural, and

miscelleanous permitting. The permit matrix helped

to identify critical permitting issues associated with

acquiring this facility as well give a timeline for the

permitting schedule.

Renewable Energy

Permitting and regulatory matrix development

for a Biofuels plant for a Key Confidential Client,

2015

Developed a permit matrix for a proposed Biofuels

plant in five states: Florida, Louisiana, Texas,

California, and Kansas. The permit matrix included

air, water, ecological, cultural, and miscelleanous

permitting. The permit matrix helped to identify

critical permitting issues in each state as well as

timelines for permit scheduling.

Site Characterization Study, Spruce Ridge, NH, EDP Renewables

Wrote the regulatory section of the site

characterization study for a wind farm in New

Hampshire for EDP Renewables. The regulatory

section included an overview of the state and federal

permit regulations for EDP Renewables.
