summary

I have 18 years experience in the Digital world where I started out as a copy-writer, before developing a passion for

design. Throughout the years I've worked on a variety of brands, designing websites for small, local businesses and more

recently working on bigger campaigns for large multi-national brands.

I have vast experience in usability, user experience design and information architecture and over the dozen years I've

worked in digital I've learned a lot about what makes a website successful and what doesn't. I've worked as a graphic

designer in print, a page builder/front end developer and digital designer.

I've managed numerous online advertising campaigns, coming up with the creative concept, managing a team of

colleagues to make sure the execution is carried out to a high standard - attention to detail is everything in the execution.

I have won an IPA Silver for my work and been nominated for a Chip Shop award and a D&AD award.

My main focus during my time at MIndGenius was to lead the creation of a new responsive, marketing site for their new Barvas web app. I

designed the website and project-managed the build with Factory 73, an external development team. I acted as an advisor to their web UX

designer for the app itself and created a new brand for the app which is currently in an early BETA stage. I also mentored a Junior designer,

helping him with his processes and critiquing his work and built responsive landing pages using the latest HTML/CSS techniques.
