Sometimes the simple approach is best. Today, among most Christians, the commonview is that GOD THE FATHER has set the "Appointed Times" for JESUS'RETURN.

In the 1980's, the HOLY SPIRIT gave me to know and understand that the keyingredient in JESUS' RETURN had everything to do with what God's peoplewanted, their decision to want and see JESUS RETURN. Think of it for a moment:When you go to see a doctor, who makes the "appointment", you or the doctor? Ofcourse YOU make the appointment with the doctor as to when you want to see himor her.

I've known by the SPIRIT OF GOD all along that there have been two witnesses(Revelation 11: 3) in each generation of Christians from Peter and Paul in the firstcentury church to this present time. From generation to generation of Christians theopportunity and time to decide for JESUS' RETURN has been there and eitherbecause of ignorance, indifference, rejection or rebellion, that opportunity has passedonto the next generation. Likewise, there have been two witnesses in each generationand an Beast of antiChrist type as well. The missing ingredient has been the church'swillingness and desire to pray and prepare for JESUS' RETURN in their time, intheir season.

In the 1970's, when at work (du Pont Company), two women talked about notwanting to have babies in a world that would blow itself up in a nuclear war. Movedby the SPIRIT OF GOD, I stood up and said, "Can you avoid pain by avoidingyour joy!?" After saying that I recognized this was something very deep and arevelation of God.

In the 1980's I heard a report from a pastor of a church in Florida of highly committedChristians (about 300 in number) who were asked if any would pray for JESUS' RETURN.Of the 300+ present, only three hands went up. The pastor was stunned and asked somewhy they did not raise their hands. These said that they did not want to go through thetribulation which is why they did not want to pray -in JESUS' RETURN. When I heard thisI remembered what the SPIRIT OF GOD moved me to say in the early 1970's: 'Can youavoid pain by avoiding your joy!?" This is how it applied, the SPIRIT OF GOD wasrevealing what the church has been doing all along,

A LITTLE FOUNDATION WORK

The Lord our God is both Omnipresent and Omniscient, which means:

Omnipresent = present in all places at the same time (that is past, presentand future).

Omniscient = knowing all things.

Then there are three forms of God 's mill, these hein^:

Sovereign Will - God does this without man; He is sovereign in all thingsand can do anything He wills. GOD sovereignly created the universe and

all that is within it.

Perfect Will: God gives us that which He wants us to do, observe,

conform to. GOD's Ten Conu-nandments are His Perfect Will for man.

Man may or may not obey God's Perfect Will, if men do they are in God's

Perfect Will.

Permissive Will - God allows man their free will to do what they will, to

do that which He has not called them to do, to not do His Perfect Will.

When men disobey God they fall into God's Permissive Will. This is to say

that God permits men to sin, disobey, go any way they of their free willelect to go. This is not a good place to be, to be in His Permissive Will.

SOME PRIMARY SCRIPTURES ON JESUS' RETURN (Continued:

"...AND THEY WILL SEE THE SON OF MAN COMING ON THE CLOUDSOF HEAVEN WITH POWER AND GREAT GLORY." (JESUS in Matthew 24:30 selections)

"...BE ON YOUR GUARD AND WATCH AND PRAY FOR YOU DO NOTKNOW WHEN THE TIME WILL COME." (JESUS in Mark 13: 33 selections)

In taking a closer look at some scriptures that we all tend to "assume" a meaning to,or do not think or ponder about them much, whereby something stands out aspeculiar. Here JESUS is saying, "BUT OF THAT DAY AND HOUR NO ONEKNOWS...NOR THE SON, BUT ONLY THE FATHER..."

JESUS CHRIST and THE FATHER are ONE, He did only what the Father showedHim. What is peculiar is this: Knowing the deep intimacy between JESUS CHRISTand the FATHER GOD (as well as the HOLY SPIRIT), I cannot imagine why THEFATHER would keep His Return/Second Coming a secret, unknown, hidden or howHe could hide it from JESUS for that matter.

However, I notice that JESUS refers to Himself as "THE SON OF MAN" but whenHe talks to His disciples/apostles (all SONS of GOD through JESUS CHRIST) Heplainly tells them, "FOR YOU DO NOT KNOW WHEN THE TIME WILLCOME." (Mark 13: 33) This, I believe, may well be the answer - the "SON"referred to in Matthew 24: 36 may speak of the SONS of God through JESUSCHRIST - us. Again, we see that in Mark 13: 33, here JESUS is directing Hisattention to His disciples/apostles when He says, " YOU DO NOT KNOW WHENTHE TIME WILL COME."

Nancy-TONI had some fun discussing the possibilities on this matter, but it is a sidetrack to the main subject which is "THE APPOINTED TIME."

TIE APPOINTED TIME

As I stated initially, many believe that God's Appointed Time for JESUS' RETURNis something hidden. It is like GOD _lotted down the date, put it in a chest and thenburied it in a huge field. Lots of brethren have been digging around that field tryingto locate that "chest" and to date, it's been a big zero - nothing at all, zippo, el busto!


HUNTING DOWN THE TIMING OF JUDGMENT

In 1979 JESUS Commissioned me to work to understand the timing of judgment. Iapproached it not unlike brethren looking for the time of JESUS' RETURN by

digging around "that field containing His chest with the date."

Being persistent (I don't give up) I pursued the issue of timing with great enthusiasmand "assumed" it was like a God Chest buried that contained all the dates ofjudgment. Needless to say, after some years that "field" looked like some kind ofmad gopher was there, as there were holes all over the place. If the timing ofjudgment could be found, it would have been found by then - but it had not beenfound. Instead, I learned something unexpected and this was that the timing ofjudgment was wholly contingent on what God's people decided and whether or notthey received His Word and acted on it (repentance and prayer) or did not act uponit (rebellion, rejection, sin).

THE DECISION OF THE CHURCHWAS THE KEY TO JUDGMENT'S TIMING!!!

It was through revelation by the HOLY SPIRIT and through observance over theyears from 1979 that we saw just how precise one could be in knowing the outcomewhen one knew what the church decision was concerning JESUS' Word and call topray and/or repent and pray. Without going into all the details this is what we knewin 1985:

In 1985 Church Decision had loosed judgment by rejecting JESUS' Word and thecall to pray. One Church of twenty Churches responded to JESUS' WORD andprayed (5% of the whole church in America), all the rest rejected/resisted JESUS'Word. The Lord JESUS revealed that a Hurricane would come and it came. ThenJESUS revealed that Lucifer aimed to destroy 85,000 living souls in a volcaniceruption in America on November 14, 1985. Because of the prayers of the Net ofPrayer and prayers of the one pastor (of the 20 pastors called to pray), we hadauthority to prophetically prevent Lucifer from taking 70% of the 85,000 he aimedto murder. The Church Decision was such that the 30% remained in Lucifer's poweror 25,000 living souls. On November 14, 1985 a volcano in Columbia, SouthAmerica exploded, hot mud flooded over the city of Armento, Columbia killing25,000. Two other cities around the volcano were untouched with a total populationof 60,000.


I've shared this history time and time again and do so again because it shows justhow much power the church exercises in human affairs. Knowing what the churchdecision was, knowing what Lucifer aimed to do in America and having the timingin view, we were ab]e with pin point accuracy to know when , where, what and howman eo le would die and then it happened just as we knew it would based on``church decision."

Let's consider some scriptures (Passages from The Amplified Bible:)

Genesis. 18:14 "Is anything too hard or too wonderful for the Lord? At the appointedtime, when the season [for her delivery] comes around, I will return to you and Sarahshall have borne a son."

What we see here is what I'd understand to be God 's SOVEREIGN WILL at work.

Numbers 9:13 "But the man who is clean and is not on a journey, yet does not keepthe Passover, that person shall be cut off from among his people because he did notbring the Lord's offering at its appointed time; that man shall bear [the penalty of]his sin."

What we have here is where the Lord has revealed what is His PERFECT WILL, butthis person falls in the category of being in His PERMISSIVE WILL. This man knewwhat he was supposed to do at a given time but did not do it.

II Samuel 20:5 "So Amasa went to assemble the men of Judah, but he tarried longerthan the set time which had been appointed him."

Again we are seeing here a man who is . falling into the PERMISSIVE WILL categoryalthough he knew what was the PERFECT WILL of God but did not do it.

Ezekiel 9:5 "And to the others He said in my hearing, Follow [the man with the inkbottle]] through the city and smite, let not your eye spare, neither have any pity."

Here the work of the rnan with the inkhorn has p recedence over the destroyers whomust wait on the completion of his work before they can destroy. In this judgmentthe destroyers must wait on man" before doing judgment.

Clearly man has a unique position in all of this, man is a key factor in God 's Plans.

Daniel 12:9 "And he [the angel] said, Go your way, Daniel, for the words are shut upand sealed till the time of the end."

JESUS' Second Coming initiates the THOUSAND YEAR REIGN OF CHRIST onearth. The "time of the end " speaks ofa time when the f nal . judgment comes and thisafter the end of the thousand year reign. It is not directly connected to JESUSRETURN.

Matthew 27:10: 28:16 "And they gave them for the potter's field, as the Lord

directed (appointed in K7V) me." "Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to themountain to which Jesus had directed and made appointment with them."

Here we see JESUS making an appointment to meet with his disciples. This is God 'sSOVEREIGN WILL, He is making the appointment. As they obey and go they arefound in God 's PERFECT WILL. Here scripture is clear, JESUS is making theappointment.

Galatians 4:2 "But he is under guardians and administrators or trustees until the date

fixed by his father."

Here we see the SOVEREIGN WILL of GOD at work, GOD determining at what timea person is matured.

I Thessalonians 5:9 "For God has not appointed us to [incur His] wrath [He did notselect us to condemn us], but [that we might] obtain [His] salvation through our LordJesus Christ (the Messiah)."

Here we see another application and use of the word "appoint. "

I Peter 2:8 "And, A Stone that will cause stumbling and a Rock that will give [mcn]offense; they stumble because they disobey and disbelieve [God's] Word, as those[who reject Him] were destined (appointed) to do."

In this scripture it might seem that God has appointed some to stumble and heoffended, however, a closer look reveals that these "disobeyed and disbelieved " andthat tells us it was a free will choice on their- part to do so, thus they are appointedto stumble and be offended -the consequences of sin.


Hosea I : II "Then shall the children of Judah and the children of Israel be gatheredtogether and appoint themselves one head, and they shall go up out of the land, forgreat shall be the day of Jezreel [for the spiritually reborn Israel, a divine offspring,the people whom the Lord has blessed.]"

Clearly we see the children of Judah appointing a head, an action in and out of beingspiritually reborn. This shows the interaction between GOD and man is spiritualgrowth, being reborn, becoming a divine offspring.

Luke 22:29 "And as My Father has appointed a kingdom and conferred it on Me, sodo I confer on you [the privilege and decree]."

More, here we see JESUS conferring on His disciples a kingdom. This means that weall have a unique position in Christ, nzitch more than any dreamed of

Exodus 9:5 "And the Lord set a time, saying, Tomorrow the Lord will do this thingin the land."

This is the SOVEREIGN WILL of GOD revealed.

Jeremiah 8:7 "[Even the migratory birds are punctual to their seasons.] Yes, the stork[excelling in the great height of her flight] in the heavens knows her appointed times[of migration], and the turtledove, the swallow, and the crane observe the time oftheir return. But My people do not know the law of the Lord [which the loweranimals instinctively recognize in so far as it applies to them]."

Here the Lord JESUS makes it plain that His people simply do not recognize their"appointed time " and that even the lowest animal form observes their time but meanis oblivious, or in contemporary terms, "clueless. "

JESUS in Matthew 24: 32 "FROM THE FIG TREE LEARN THIS LESSON, ASSOON AS ITS YOUNG SHOOTS BECOME SOFT AND TENDER AND IT PUTSOUT ITS LEAVES..."

In Genesis 18: 14 (see Page 6) we see roan interacting with God's Sovereign Will.Don '(think that Sarah conceived on her own, Abraham was in the picture - man 'spart. We begin to see how man is a key factor in bringing forth the child (JESUS inHis people and JESUS' RETURN). Next we see how GOD refers to the natural


(Jeremiah S: 7 and Matthew 24: 32) these being indirect references to JESUS'RETURN, which begins with the manifestation of the Sons of God through JESUSCHRIST.

Jeremiah 8; 7 refers to an "appointed time" which is an "opportunity" available toeach generation of believers to embrace, to be ready and to welcome JESUS'RETURN. Since Peter and Paul, the two witnesses of their time, each generation hasmissed their appointed time and so JESUS' RETURN was deferred by that churchdecision. Most brethren do not know that they have such an opportunity to determinethe appointed time of JESUS' RETURN.

Plainly stated, it is the Church that makes the appointment with God forJESUS' RETURN.

Once the Church makes that appointment with FATHER GOD it is up to HIM tomake the final determination as to "when"; but at this point in time the clock isticking that leads to JESUS' RETURN.

When JESUS Commissioned me to work on the timing of judgment I learned afteryears of prayer, discernment and difficulty that the church was the arbitrator ofjudgment and determined what would happen or not happen.

I do not say that the church decides when JESUS' RETURNS, although to somedegree that is accurate; however, GOD THE FATHER is the final arbitrator in thisprocess in which the church is a key factor. The church is so central to JESUS'RETURN that without their interaction with GOD's PURPOSES, nothing happens.The past two thousands years bears mute testimony to that fact.

GOD THE FATHER Commissioned me in 1979 to, "LAY DOWN FOUNDATIONSTONES FOR HIS SON'S RETURN." I have known and understood since 1979 thatHis people, Christians, the Church are those FOUNDATION STONES HE spoke of-the key ingredient, the missing piece.

The key ingredients in JESUS' RETURN are:(1) JESUS HIMSELF.(2) GOD THE FATHER.(3) THE CHURCH = HIS PEOPLE = CHRISTIANS.

SOCIAL SECURITY IS IN DEEP TROUBLE - WHY???

It is commonly stated by economists, government officials and others that the SocialSecurity system is in serious trouble because there are more people going on socialsecurity than people working to support it. More, the federal government itself hasbeen double dipping into the social security fund. leaving "IOU'S" aplenty, leavingthe fund itself bankrupt. The politicians like to call socia] security an "entitlement";however, truth is, all the funds were taken from the people to form that fund. It is notan entitlement rather it is "our money" and it's been stolen.

THE ABORTION GENOCIDE

One of every three African American babies that are conceived are aborted. That isnothing short of an ongoing genocide of African Americans. Do the black leaderstake notice of this? Apparently the systematic murder of their children is okay withtheir leaders, so is it okay to swallow the bulk of African Americans in a welfaresystem that becomes more Iike a plantation slavery system than anything else.

It is well to remember that during the Civil War it was the Democrats who fought tokeep African Americans as slaves and the Republicans who fought to free them. Yettoday African Americans vote almost exclusively for the Democratic Party. Does thatmake any sense?

Although the figures keep climbing, at this point some 50 Millions babies have beenaborted or murdered in America. Why are there so few people supporting those onsocial security? Well, for one thing there are 50 Million Americans missing.

Think about that! How many of those 50 Million dead babies were sent by GOD with

special talents that could have given our nation new energy sources, and blessed us

with a host of wonderful inventions and medical treatments that would have put

American in good standing world wide to say nothing of a financial blessing ofmagnitude. As a nation we have been murdering our children and destroyingourselves in the process.

FOX NEWS, THE O'REILLY FACTOR ofJanuary 5, 2012: Ms Laura Ingrahamgave some details concerning PLANNED PARENTHOOD. Although it is illegal thatfederal funds be used for abortion, the federal government gives Planned Parenthood$500,000,000 a year of our tax money that in turn is used to finance abortion.

It is not like Planned Parenthood is broke as they have $1 Billion in assets.

Planned Parenthood does 900 abortions a day, that is 329,000 babies murdered everyyear. That is the population of the city of Anaheim, California.

391 babies are aborted by Planned Parenthood for every adoption referral. Thereferral rate has dropped by 47% over the previous year. What is sad is that couplesare now unable to find children to adopt here and so they travel to Asia, Russia,China and Africa looking for orphans to adopt. Doesn't make any sense, does it!?

NEW BOOK: 'WALKING WITH ANGELS"

Some weeks ago JESUS asked me to write a book about my experiences with His

Angels and to give it the title: " WALKING WITH ANGELS. " Right now I'm in

the `note making phase' jotting down those past experiences with His Angels, someserious, some funny, some instructive and edifying. Brother Prophet/ReverendDaniel E. Bohler sent me a copy listing all scriptures on Angels over a year agowhich will prove very handy and helpful in the assembly of this little book.

"JESUS, HIS ANGEL AND ME" Volume 2 is presently being worked on, it maytake months to get close to having it published, so this little book may fill that gap.

COMMENTARY ON THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

Some brethren have written or asked me what I think about the Presidential Electioncoming this November, 2012. Let me be succinct (I like that word).

That an antiChrist spirit is in control in the U.S. is a plain fact, so no matter who winsthe election, its agenda (destroy America) will go ahead at full steam.

The record of the beastman in the GAP in 1987 (Obama) indicates that he will remainin power through 2012 and into 2013 and beyond. That strongly suggests that Obamawill be President in 2013 and beyond, that he will win re-election.

Unbelievable as it sounds, various polls show that beastinan Obama continues to holdupwards of 50% of the voters in his pocket. Whoever runs against him best be one

fire-breather who can face down this beastman and those demonic hordes that backhim.

That is a major problem in this election cycle - any candidate running againstbcastman Obama is entering a spiritual battle where demonic power will favor thebeastman and work against his opponent.

Example: Herman Cain came up with the 9-9-9 plan for tax reform, he obviouslyhad good ideas in how to cope with the economic slump. When Herman Cainsuddenly became a real contender, out of no where a bevy of women accused him ofsexual harassment; the pounding by the press and these women was such that hedropped out.

When Newt Gingrich made headway in Iowa Mitt Romney's people launched avicious attack that about destroyed him. But Newt is not a quitter, and he makes thisstunning comeback in South Carolina. As he gained ground his ex-wife came forthto accuse him and the press and media attacked him viciously. The ex-wife's storyis an old one well known years ago, being resurrected to the end of destroyingNewt's political chances, favoring Mitt Romney.

The Republican elite clearly favor Mitt Romney and it seems the Democrats do too.

In an open debate Newt Gingrich would make mincemeat out of beastman Obama.That is probably why the beastman's demonic forces aim to eliminate Newt as herepresents a real threat to their man.

Listening to Newt and then Mitt in the debates I noted that Newt was interesting tolisten to, but Mitt tended to put me to sleep. I tend to see Mitt Romney as anotherJohn McCain, a nice guy who would be very respectful of the president and thatwould be a big mistake. He lacks what is called the "fire in the belly" and I perceivethat his campaign against the beastman would be lack-luster, weak and hopeless justas John McCain's was when he ran against beastman Obama..

Beastman Obama is both clever, charming and charismatic and he is also a skillfulliar and a gross deceiver who has no hint of scruples.

Who do I think would make a better candidate? Well, Michelle Bachman is one,Texas Governor Perry is another, then there is Herman Cain and lastly Rick

Santonim.

Understand that these are my thoughts, my opinions, my observations of what isgoing on - it is NOT a thus saith the Lord, it is no JESUS' Word - it is what 1believe. In that, I could be right or wrong.

However, what was seen in the GAP in 1987 is pretty clear. The evidence in the GAPin 1987 is that this beastman is still around in a position of power well after 2012,and that tells me one thing, he will be re-elected. Even if, somehow, by some miracleObama is defeated, anyone walking into the office of the president is going to be oneof the other beastmen in the GAP, the antiChrist spirit is firmly in power. That is thesad truth.

However, the truth is that most of our trading relationships are neither"fair" nor balanced. For example, China manipulates currency rates so that Chineseproducts are much cheaper than they should be, they brazenly steal our technologyand we let them get away with it, they deeply subsidize their most importantindustries and they exploit their citizens by allowing them to be paid slave laborwages. How in the world does that resemble the "free market" at work? Predatorynations such as China do everything that they can to distort the free market. So whyin the world would any rational economist ever recommend that we should keeptrading with other countries that are cheating us blind? Both major political parties promised us that globalization would be wonderfulfor the U.S. economy. Well, in the first decade of this century, less net jobs werecreated than in any other decade since the Great Depression.

The "free trade" policies of the globalists have been an abysmal failure. Tensof thousands of factories, millions of jobs, and hundreds of billions of dollars of ournational wealth have gone to countries that engage in predatory trade practices andthat exploit slave labor pools.

How in the world are American workers supposed to compete against workersthat make less than a dollar an hour (with no benefits) on the other side of the globe?

If you support the version of "free trade" that most of our politicians arepromoting, then you are supporting the one world economic system that the globalelite are trying to establish. In this one world economic system, American workerswill increasingly be forced to compete for jobs with the cheapest labor on the planet.This will continue to force the standard of living of American workers way, waydown and it will continue to absolutely destroy the middle class.

Throughout the Bible, it is evident that God's desire has always been tofellowship with man. We have been created to be in close communion with Him; butAdam's sin resulted in a gulf between man and his creator. Yet the determination inthe heart of God was the reconciliation of man to Himself.

After the destruction of Pharaoh and the armies of Egypt in the Red Sea, Godbrought Israel into the wilderness. There He said to Moses "Let them make Me asanctuary that I may dwell among them." It was God who reached out to man,desiring to come and abide in their midst! You see, God longs for His people to cometo Him. He is reaching out now in the USA and across the World but man has anotheragenda. We like Israel had a great victory in World War II; but ever since then, wehave run after another God: the god of the flesh.

Israel rejected the presence of God after God defeated their enemies. Pharaohwas brought down. But Israel wanted someone else to do their praying and hearingfrom God for them. In other words, we have another matter at hand that's morei mportant. God desired to reveal Himself to His peop]e. but they were not willing andwithdrew from His Presence. Read this for yourself. Deut. 5:24-3 1. The New KingJames Bible makes it very clear for us.

I hold about 50% of my meetings in hotels across the Nation. I now know why.I'll talk about this in another newsletter. At first I was a bit skeptical as the primary author was a neuroscientist (Dr.Newberg) and his co-author (Waldinan 1) a therapist, not exactly a spiritual combo.But in reading it I found it fascinating as they are writing about "breakthroughdiscoveries "concerning our brain. The Doctor himself is not a genuine believer buthe does not question God 's existence at the same time an odd combination. Here aresome quotes we hope you find of interest.

(Page 14)...Of all the emotions we are born with, anger is the most primal and difficult

to control. No matter how discreet, anger generates anxiety, defensiveness, andaggression in the other person—the famous fight-or-flight reaction that every livingorganism contains. And if you respond to someone else's anger withirritability—which is the way most brains are designed to react—the prob]em only getsworse.

Anger interrupts the functioning of your frontal lobes. Not only do you lose theability to be rational, you lose the awareness that you're acting in an irrational way.When your frontal lobes shut down, it's impossible to listen to the other person, letalone feel empathy or compassion. Instead, you are likely to feel self-justified andself-righteous, and when that happens the communication process falls apart. ...It takes a lot of perseverance and training to respond to anger with kindness,but this is exactly what spiritual teachers have been trying to teach for centuries.When you intensely and consistently focus on your spiritual values and goals, youincrease the blood flow to your frontal lobes and anterior cingulate, which causes theactivity in emotional centers of the brain to decrease. Conscious intention is the key,and the more you focus on your inner values, the more you can take charge of yourlife. Thus, meditation—be it religious or secular—enables you to more easilyaccomplish your goals, which is why we've devoted three chapters to teaching youhow to exercise your brain in loving and compassionate ways.
