What is cultural planning?

Arts Community Support - Is there engagement from the community’s arts and cultural leaders?
Political Support - will elected officials endorse the regional cultural plan and formally support implementation?
Representation - will planning participants / plan reflect the community’s diversity?
Financial Support - is there be funding available from local govt., business and private sources to offset planning costs? Can funds be raised to implement collaborative planning recommendations?
Administrative Support - Is there an organization with administrative capacity to serve as facilitator of the planning process?
