The average sale price for residential listings in the Georgian Triangle for last month was $283,469, down from $289,258 for the same period 12 months ago. There were 45 residential sales compared to 50 sales 12 months ago. The majority of home sales continues to be below $300,000.

Generally a sales-to-listing ratio of over 55% suggests that it is a Seller’s Market and below 45% is thought of as a Buyer’s Market. A balanced real estate market is between 45% and 55%.
