Clearly, I've been enjoying the
life as your national. Just returned
from a trip to Miami to see Auri
Hathaway's National Debut and did
a guest event in Houston with NSD
Lisa Allison. Reed
thinks I'm using my
travel toothbrush
more than the one
at home.
Chicagorama
this year was
bittersweet as our
Senior National
Sandy Miller hosted
it for the last time.
The Chicago area
honored her and Ed
with a tear-filled
standing ovation.
Sandy and Judi
Tapella actually were
the instigators of our
Chicago Area
Directors and this event. They're
the pioneers and the visionaries
who saw the power of creating big
events to recognize winners and
train leaders.
What I've learned is that we're on
the right track with our IT FACTOR
events. Anyone who is thinking of
building a Mary Kay business can jump in
and start at the IT Factor level with 15
faces and 5 career talks. As your
confidence grows, and you're thinking of
earning a car, you can move to the It
Factor Elite level and put
MK on 30 faces and do 10
career talks. The IT GIRLS
are a focused group who
want more faster and will do
45 faces and 15 career talks,
and I hope you'll check
inside to read about the
NEWEST level....
HOLY IT!!! There are
t-shirts that will be worn to
pay homage to those
winners. Can't wait to see
who will be the first to do
that work load!
