She is not just a singer and Actress, she is the most fun person I ever met. Our photoshoot and interview was staggering. She is a warm and the most pleasant person. We met at Sofitel Hotel in Beverly Hills where their hospitality was prodigious, the satff were so friendly and helpful. Which it is a great honor for us to work with them. Our team arrived as we planned and the show began. Maria Elena voice is admirable and it my great pleasure to introduce Maria Elena.

Maria Elena is an International Singer and Actress. bor-nas Italian and Bulgarian, who grew up in Rome, Italy.

She graduated in acting in London at ALRA (Acad-emy of Live and Recorded Arts) in 2010 . Although, her first job out of Drama School, was at the Royal Albert hall, singing for the 50th Beatles Anniversary, starring Dame Shirley Bassey. She then debuted as a professional actress on the ITV British series “Emmer-dale”. Following that, in January 2011, she hosted and produced her one woman show in the West End, at the Leicester Square Theatre, as a tribute to her famous father, the tenor Luigi Infantino, performing her father’s song , from “The Godfather part 2” . That same year she was nominated for the 21st annual L.A. Music Awards as best International artist.

Subsequently she created her one woman show on leg-endary Edith Piaf, which premiered in Los Angeles at the Marilyn Monroe Theatre, at the Lee Strasberg Institute. Among the many success that this show generated for Maria Elena is the inauguration on June 12th of the Piaf and Miles Davis forever stamp, celebrating the French Artist’s 50th Anniversary , at the Rubin Museum in New York. 2012- ‐2015 cred-its include, 3 consecutive years at the Jimmy Kimmel San Gennaro Festival in Hollywood, special guest appearance on Broadway’s 92Y, for Mike Stoller’s (Lieber & Stoller) celebration, alongside Ben E. King, her Piaf show at the legendary Grammy Museum, and at the Metropolitan room in NYC, regular perfor-mances at the French consul General’s house, in Bev-erly Hills, for Bastille day, and in the role of associate producer and actress in various films such as: “Job’s Daughter” where she played alongside Eric Roberts and Corey Feldman. “The Secret of Joy” , a wonder-ful project filled with celebrities such as Doris Roberts, Maria Conchita Alonso, Thaao Penghlis , and Sofia Milos. A short film that will help raise further aware-ness in pediatric cancer. July, she will be flying over to Caracas , Venezuela for her next movie. August is her

3rd consecutive year, touring Europe. She has monthly shows at Vibrato, in Bel Air, and Sofitel in Beverly Hills.Maria Elena is also involved in charity events for ALS awarness, and is on the Board of Advisory Directors for “Catherina’s club” founded by CNN hero , Chef Bruno Serato, who feeds 1.200 US unpriviledged kids a day!!!

Who influenced you and why did you choose your music? Both my mum and and dad were Opera singers, which meant that, music was just the essence of my upbringing..... I was breathing it, living it, and Opera was just my daily basis normality. So at 18 I chose acting instead and moved to London , as I got accepted into drama school ! Little did I know that Music would still catch up with me and I would become a singer myself.

At what age did you start singing? Probably in my mother’s womb...She often tells me that she thought I was going to be a boy and a conductor as I was always punching to the sound of music. I have a photo of me, at the age of 5 , standing on a pile of music scores, directing the Barber of Seville , while it was playing on an LP in our living room in Rome.... I knew all the entrances of the orchestra and all the parts of the whole cast of singers.... it was just my game really.... I remember liking in particular to sing the male parts... Everybody sang at home and it was just our normality.... I never thought much of it , as we were all gifted that way and surrounded by musicians coming in and out of our house and musical soirées! But then life threw an opportunity my way... after train-ing for 3 years in London as an actress ,the first job I was offered , was to sing, solo, at the Royal Albert Hall, in front of 5.225 people , for the 50th Beatles Anniversary, with Dame Shirley Bassey as the main star of the show. Quite an unexpected experience. I sang “Do you want to know a secret” ... and the funny part was that, my father Luigi Infantino had sung on that very same stage 30 years before...

What do you like most/least? Laughter !!! I really enjoy a good whole hearted laugh... it’s healing and good for you! / Liars and dishonest people... All I give to my friends is unconditional love, so when you get betrayed I think it’s like a slap in the face. No one deserves to be lied to! But you have to turn a the negative into positive and learn from it somehow, without being bitter....and take it as a learning experi-ence somehow.

What is a typical day/week like for you? Creative Madness, I have 2 regular shows per month. One being at the Sofitel Hotel in Beverly Hills, at the Riviera31 lounge, every second Tuesday of the month, and in a way producing it, ince I cast 4 other singers for the occasion depending on the theme choose.... the previous shows being “James Bond Night” then we had an “Elvis Christmas special” etc. The second regular show of the month is with a 3 piece band at the famous Herb Alpert , Vibrato Jazz club, where I create a Medi-terranean show, singing in French, Spanish, Italian, and even Arabic. Then there’s the red carpet events, the charities I support and the future movies I will be getting involved in. It is quite a full fun schedule indeed!!!

Who are your inspirations? Elvis Presley , I was always his fan, since I was 7 years old. My mother took me to his home in Graceland at the age of 12! I love him as a human being, and because his music touches my soul and inspires me to a deep-er level. Lately I have started listening closely to my father’s recordings, as he was defined by Pavarotti, “The Tenor of Grace” and now that I am developing as an artist I do get it and understand the meaning of that ! Both Elvis and my father came from small villages of humble origins but with a big heart and talent that made them into huge stars .. that’s rather inspiring !!! I get inspired also by strong women around me, who welcome everyday with a smile no matter what !

Do you write your own songs? I never tried , but I feel like I am in a moment in life where I ‘ve reached the right kind of inspiration and ready to give it a try... many times in this past year I’ve been asked if I have my own original songs! So I am curious to see what I could create and what the result would be to this new adventure and challenge!

Where do you get inspiration for your songs? Life is the best for it I believe ... as through your deep-est and most sincere emotions you can connect and let it out into song, joy, hurt, love, pain, ... it’s a healing process that I believe i’m about to find out! Must be a cathartic experience that I can’t wait to venture in. If you could perform with anyone, in the future, who would it have to be? Ricky Martin , because we would simply set the stage on fire through our spicy presences we have, and it could be really quite fun in a Spanglish duet! Celine Dion, Harry Connick jr as it could be a nice multicultural musical exchange in French and English..

Page 10: January 2016 issue

But also with Robert Downey jr it would be quite unique experience as I respect him immensely as an amazingly talented actor, and I know he’s also a great singer! So that could be the duet of a life time!!!

musical exchange in French and English...But also with Robert Downey jr it would be quite a unique experience as I respect him immensely as an amazingly talented actor, and I know he’s also a great singer! So that could be the duet of a life time!!!

What is your favorite song to sing live? ohhh... that’s a tough one as I personally chose the songs in my repertoire, each one of them has a per-sonal meaning... but I could say that I particularly enjoy Edith Piaf ’s Padam Padam, because of the gypsy rhythm to it , the strength it has within and also because inevitably the audience always sings it with me.It naturally gives room to play!

Do you have any events coming up or recording going on right now? It’s been rollercoaster since I got back from my european tour in August. I’ve probably had about 4 shows and guest appearances per week from August till December, the next big show will be on the 12th of January at the Sofitel, and then it’s the season for the Golden Globes and the Oscars... so we’ll see what happens! But I would like to focus on a new record idea I have for 2016 in between shows. You can always stay tuned on upcoming shows on my Facebook fan club page https://w w w. f a c e b o o k . c o m / M a r i a - E l e n a - I n f a n t i -no-FAN-CLUB-277896822271825/?fref=ts&ref=br_tf

Do you have any advice for anyone wanting to sing as a career or just advice about careers in general? Singing is about commitment , devotion and ap-preciation to your gift... you can’t afford to be sick, as you never know when you will be asked to perform , so you always have to be ready mentally , physical-ly and vocally ! It’s not a job, its a lifestyle and way of being! You are responsible for conveying emotions to your audience who came to see you and share that experience with you! it’s a communion of souls living that evening’s vibe and journey for that intense hour with you! It’s your responsibility to guide the eve-ning for everybody to have a great time! But most of all, YOU have to believe in yourself and enjoy it, otherwise no one else will! So my advice would be, take it with love and passion, it’s not as easy as it seems ,it ‘s hard work, practice, rejection and even-tually success! You have to be ready to accept it all and never give up, if that is your true passion!

What is one thing you cannot live without? Laughter!!! It heals you, brings positive energy and wonderful friends your way! Apparently it’s healthy too!!!

What charity is closest to your heart? My friend CNN hero Bruno Serato ‘s charity “Ca-terina’s Club” of which I am on the advisory board of. I am so proud to be part of it as the program man-ages to feed 1.300 kids a day with Pasta!!! The food is prepared at Bruno’s restaurant at the Anaheim White house daily and taken to the Boys and girls club where the motel kids, who live with a whole family in a room with no kitchen, get fed!

The happy faces are priceless and it does make a dif-ference to know that you’re fighting hunger in USA, by doing that. These kids one day will grow up and be better human beings because of the help they are getting! It’s a growing program that Bruno hopes to expand world wide as, his point being , if him as one man, can feed so many kids a day, if the whole humanity committed to it, what a immense difference it would make to the rest of the planet! i support it fully and believe it will achieve tis goal... its just a matter of time and awaking of the consciousness in humanity !

Do you have a favorite quote or a saying that is always on your mind? A quote by Oscar Wilde : “Be yourself! Everyone else is taken.” Each one of us is so unique! But we have to have the courage to be that and stay truthful to it! ‘Un-fortunately we tend to forget that and try to please and accommodate to what’e expected by society and what surrounds us... rather than just being truth-ful to oneself and enjoining the process of discovery, throughout our life’s journey !

Where Eagles FlyThe Life of Crazy Horse

by Stuart Grant

When an investor comes forward, “Where Eagles Fly, The Life of Crazy Horse” will be a full-length spiritual, epic feature film. This motion picture, infused with dramatic special effects, will take the audience of all ages on a journey back in time to the 1800s in the Old West, where the Great Lako-ta Sioux Nation very seldom saw a white man, to the birth of Crazy Horse. Travel with him through his life, until the day this Lakota legend’s life ended. From start-to-finish, this powerful film is an exciting, breathtaking never before, must be told story. No motion picture of Crazy Horse has given an accurate portrayal of him until now. I am Lako-ta and have spent over 21 years of research. I have walked where Crazy Horse walked. It isn’t that I wanted to rewrite history. I just wanted to correct and document the fallacies. This screenplay was written through the eyes, heart and spirit of the Lakota people, to show a true perspective of who we truly were.

When Crazy Horse was a boy he had light brown curly hair and was light-complexioned. His people named this odd-looking boy Worms for Hair or Curly. He was born in a time where all Curly knew was peace and tranquility. When he was approxi-mately 12 years old, Curly went alone on a Vision Quest. There, he was given a glimpse into his own future. He learned from this vision that the only ones who had the power to harm him were his own people. After his Vision Quest, he earned the right to be named, by his father, Enchanted Horse or His Horse is Crazy, then his name was shortened to Crazy Horse. When he became a young man, his long, now wavy hair, turned light brown and his complexion never changed. As Crazy Horse grew, he was torn from this life and thrust reluctantly into the center of the bloody Indian wars that

gripped the Nation. Crazy Horse led these wars against the United States Government only to pro-tect his people, their way of life and the land they loved and lived on. He battled 13 years to keep the Lakota way of his life alive. Crazy Horse was a warrior, a loving son, a beloved husband, and a father. This powerful leader and protector of his people was born with spiritual powers the Great Spirit had given him; they were beyond human un-derstanding and comprehension.

Men from his tribe wanted Crazy Horse to settle on the reservation and give up his way of life and free-dom, as they had done. He did not. His own peo-ple betrayed him and on September 5, 1877 at Fort Robinson in Nebraska; this is where they ended his life. I am truly honored, because no one has ever received permission and a spiritual blessing from the direct descendants of Crazy Horse to go forward with an epic true-to-life spiritual historical motion picture of such global magnitude until now! I highly respect Crazy Horse and have taken great care to show him in his own powerful light. This light he carried was and is the power of respect, hon-or, unity, harmony, bravery, wisdom, love, integrity and humility.

A New Year: A New Beginning!

18 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM e January 2016

Page 19: January 2016 issue

“Morning isa new sheet of paperfor you to write on.

Whatever you want to say,all day, until nightfolds it upand files it away.

The bright words and the dark wordsare goneuntil dawnand a new dayto write on.” ~Eve Merriam

How many times were you more than 100% sure that you just nailed that problem that was bothering you for along period of time, and now, finally, was solved. Then, after a week or so, you discovered that you were not even close to solving it, and you went back to square one.

Well, that is called the Puzzle of Life! How many times can you start all over? As many times as needed would be one answer. Another answer would be that there is no beginning and no end, and everything is in a continuous flow. So, we don’t start over, but we transform ourselves with every new experience, with every new encounter, with every new given moment.

A goal is a dream with a deadline, and, for each and every dream, you need to be able to start from an imaginary ground zero. Of course it is hard, but it is not impossible. Small steps are needed; big goals are required in order to succeed. Each and every day brings with it the beauty of a new beginning, and the struggle of a new fight. Every day we are thrown by destiny back into the fighting are-na, and at night, we need to draw a line and sum it up. Whatever we went through, it was there for a purpose. The people you met, the circumstances you were part of, the places you went to, all of them have been creating the map of your intentions and actions.

People have been down, and even lower than that, and, sometimes at their lowest point, and still, as long as they found the motivation to get back on the horse, the chance of becoming victorious started. Nothing was done over night. Rome was not built in twenty-four hours; Para-mount Pictures didn’t just spring over night in the enter-tainment business, and Elizabeth Gilbert, the author of Eat, Pray, and Love didn’t become famous over night, and not even Abraham Lincoln became the president of the US based on a single run.

So, yes, it is hard to start all over, but if you just think of a moment that can build itself upon another moment, you will be closer to the finishing line, one day at a time.

People have the tendency to plan for the future by going down the memory lane, searching for the past, reenacting it and playing the same tape that didn’t work out in our favor in the first place. Very few of us really absorb the present, while taking in the paradise of today. The only physical time we can live in is the Present, for the Future is not tangible and the Past is a matter of the heart.

So, why is our mind constantly wondering, search-ing, digging for answers and jumping on déjà-vu moments? Why can we just stand still and inhale the landscape’s fragrance, the one that just un-folds its beauty under our eyes the way a rose peels its petals? Why is it so hard to do nothing and seize the fresh second?

This unique moment is the one that will never come back. Similar experiences will remind us of it, but the truth is that it is gone while we speak. We are in a race against time the moment we are born, and each and every moment eludes from the hourglass in matter of blinks. There are swift and precious instants we don’t care for, but they are the ones pilling up to add another year to our life’s calendar.

Same places, same people, maybe same experiences, but for sure, different moments! The more I think about my life, the more Marcel Proust comes to mind, ‘searching for the lost time.’ With the help of a Madeleine’s smell, I recreate the scene of a crisp Transylvanian morning when my Mom was baking vanilla scones to complement my hot, steamy milk and cocoa. The Sequoia tree and its imposing stature stand still for my recollec-tion of another year spent in the same place with my family. How much I wish to have them back! How much I desire to be transported back in time, to a moment when all of us were together. But, even if the reality or what I perceive to be real has changed, nobody can take away the memories of many well-spent sparkles of time and their inten-sity.

Time is our enemy, and we don’t even face it. We hide our faces from it, we cover our traces, and we disguise our persona. We cannot control it, for we don’t live each and every second to its ultimate intensity. Split seconds grow wings and fly away.

So, yes, it is important to carpe diem, but more im-portant is to seize the moment! And that moment is the first one from a fresh page that we all start to write on each and every early morning…

So, can we really start all over? Yes, now, while I am writing this article, I am starting a new jour-ney, a new stage in my life that is unique, even if it seems similar to other stages and other experi-

ences, it has the stamp of time and the seal of my soul for authenticity. It is a virgin land in my mind and a new freshly cut cloth in my soul. It is the new me of this moment in time, unmistak-ably new, genuine, bright, intense, courageous and ready for life. As the waives of the ocean follow each other in the never ending ocean so does each and every one of my own musical notes, creating the simple symphony of what I call: Life. I am, after all, the Conductor and the Master of Ceremony for all those mornings of my existence.

The God that Dwells in the Heart

has no Religionby Roxana Jones

Page 25: January 2016 issue

I have devoted the past few years to the best project I have ever had in my life: to write about my human experiences, as a being who has been created out of spirit, and about my connection with that spirit called God. When I began, the title of this proj-ect caused a lot of problems for my rational mind, which did not allow my heart to give free rein to its imagination. I speak of the imagination of the heart, because it is there, in the human heart, that there exists a sacred place where the origin of all creation lies. It is there where the source which I call God has always lived, but it was only a short while ago that I became aware of its magnificent presence in me.

Just as my mind and heart quarreled over this mat-ter in the past, it is obvious that the title of my first book, which suggests that I have turned into God, may have aroused some opposition and “curiosi-ty” at the same time, especially amongst those who identify with the God which is taught by one or various religions. For the people who are reading this article with their minds, I must clarify two things: the first is that the God that I always refer to, here and in my future writings, is a God which does not have any religion. The second is that this God is never outside of us but lives within us, acts through and as us. For the people who are reading this article with their hearts, I have nothing to clear up. This leads me to a truth which I must share with everyone. “While I was learning to be God” was not a book my human mind created as a premeditat-ed act: in reality it was a book God wrote through me. My mind never knew in advance how the story would turn out. Quite simply, the story told itself as it went on and my part was to lend my hand, which wrote without thinking, for hours at a time, day after day and night after night, until finish-ing the product that is now a book written by that God that dwells in my heart, and who has wanted to share what it has lived through my being. For many years, I believed in the Catholic God I was taught about by my family and school. That God accompanied me until I reached the age of thirty-three: yes, the same age that Christ died at. When I was thirty-three, I “outgrew” the God I had believed in. That “limited” Supreme Being in my

mind was no longer enough for me. I felt that all I knew about God up to then was what other human beings had told me about Him, but where was all that which God wished to tell me directly? Where was that “God free of human interpretation” that was all there was, all there is, and the source of all religions, beliefs, credos and so forth?

I began my quest with the illusion that others would give me the key to the door that would open my eyes to that world where the God which I sought dwelt. I passed many years full of sorrow and sadness because I continued to search without. My mind was still conditioned to believe that the external reality was where all truth lay. How wrong I was! But then, God saw how persistent and de-termined I was to find him. Out of love he forced me to shed everything, absolutely everything that was distracting me, so that I would have no option but to look within myself. Thus once my exterior world was completely desolate and empty, I finally surrendered to the insistent promptings of my heart that from the start had only wished for me to enter it. There, in my heart, I found God. The God with-out religion, the God who had been in control all along, the one that had been discovering itself through my human experiences, acting through me, being me… There is no doubt that this encounter with the God of the heart marked the end of the long do-minion of the ego. Once God, with all his love, possessed the whole of my being, my ego lost its power over me and was reduced to an insignificant lodger who could only emerge into the sunshine when God was a little worried about his pallor.

I invite you to consider in your life the possibility of being the drop and the great ocean at the same time. I invite you to let the God of each and every religion to enter into that great ocean of love where we are all one with that God which welcomes and connects all in himself. Once we merge into that ocean, like the drops we are, our world finally finds the peace we have longed for and that we have come to live.

Until next time and don’t forget to be love,

Roxana Jones and Arnaud Saint-Paul devote themselves to their life purpose: To open as many hearts as possible and to help shifting the consciousness of the planet.

As spiritual healers and teachers, life and business partners, their in-tent is to “help millions around the world to embrace change and start living the type of love, happiness and abundance both of them now know exists for everyone once they are healed.” Together, they work enthusiastically in bringing to their audience the best of themselves so that everyone can connect to their own Truth and unveil who they truly are: divine beings enlighten-ing the world in their own unique ways, even when darkness makes it hard to believe it is so.

“Your physical body is an antenna that is a receptor of God.

It is the vehicle used so that God may know himself, so that God may experi-ence life through you.The life of God and your life are one, they are the same.

Only when you subjugate your ego and all your human arrogance, you are ready to understand that you are God.For that reason, it was so important that you experienced all that you have thought was humiliating.Pain and sorrow are great teachers. Thanks to them you vanquished your ego.

Without ego, all that remains is essence, the essence of God.

You and God are one.You bear the name Sybil in this life, but you are not only Sybil, and you do not only have this life.

Tomorrow, when your mind doubts my words, you will go to the Bible and con-firm them in John 10:34 and also in Psalm 82:6.

Tomorrow, when your mind begins to ask for logical explanations, you will have to remind yourself of the great ocean and all the billions of drops that make it up.

The drops are without doubt, much smaller than the great ocean, but each drop contains absolutely each and every one of the characteristics of the great ocean.

You might imagine the drops separated from the ocean and also separated from each other. In reality, they are always connected, forming part of the great ocean in an infinite manner, without beginning or end.

Once this physical life ends, one con-tinues being part of God forever, in the following level of evolution.

Once it passes through certain proofs, the drop is ready to accept that it is the drop and the great ocean simultaneous-ly.

It will take a little time to assimilate the truth.

Your mind will find it difficult to be-lieve, but your heart will dominate the process. From now on your responsibility is much bigger. On becoming God you turn into love alone.”

My Beloved Ones,

“I greet you in sweet joy this blessed day of new be-ginnings. As we prepare to enter into a New Year, it offers us the opportunity to reflect upon our lives, to bring to mind what we have enjoyed the most and perhaps what we would like to see shift into becoming more of what we would desire. To pon-der on what we would like to see, know and expe-rience in new ways in this New Year of possibilities is a wonderful way to begin allowing our dreams to fill our hearts and minds.

My message to you today is on the wonder of you, for indeed you are a wonder to behold! Within you is the potential to create the many dreams of your heart. You might have the thought, “how is this possible when my life seems to reflect less than my dreams, for I am experiencing pain and suffering, struggle and disappointment?”

Perhaps this may be what you have been experi-encing. However, the most wonderful news that I share with you, is that these experiences are based on the energy of the past, the thoughts of the past, and are held in the old stories. You can choose to release attachment to these, and set them aside, and allow yourself to begin a new journey, creat-ing new stories of your life flavored with what you desire and choose to experience.

Let me share with you that miracles abound in every moment. Within each moment arises the opportunity to have a new thought. With a new thought, such as “ I am getting stronger, I feel more peace, I am feeling such joy”, comes a myriad of supporting thoughts and energy to support that choice, that new thought for a new direction of new experiences. Imagine the possibilities of creat-

ing more of what you truly desire with this simple choice of a new thought.

Let us play with this for a moment. Imagine that you wake up to a rainy day. You might think, “oh now I will not be able to go for a walk in the sun-shine, or it will be harder to drive to work today”. These thoughts and perceptions may reflect limita-tions that it will be a dreary day.

Now let us imagine that you wake up to a rainy day and you might have that same original thought , but now you decide to consciously choose a new thought for your focus. “Oh look how beautiful the rain is, it seems to make the world sparkle. I can see little rainbows within each showering droplet. See how the plants and the trees reach up to receive the falling water. How wonderful that the farmers crops are being blessed by this rain. The food I enjoy is being nourished which will nourish my body as well. I can feel the wonder of the rain. I can feel the joy as it dances upon all that it touches.” It is the same rain as before but now seen and felt in a new lighter way with a choice of new thoughts.

Each thought has the power to change your mo-ment. A string of thoughts has the power to change your life experience. A group of like-minded beings, with thoughts focused on joy, peace and plenty, can create a unified focus of sweetness that can change the world.

It all begins with the thoughts you conscious-ly choose and focus upon. Each person choosing thoughts of greater lightness, offers the collective of Earth new experiences of greater lightness, for we each carry that same wonder and together we share the journey of life here on Earth.

Page 31: January 2016 issue

As you ponder upon what you would like to change in your life, or perhaps what you would like to experience, make a list. Make a plan for yourself. I recommend creating a Happiness plan.

Ask yourself, “What would bring me more happi-ness and joy? “How can I experience more fun, joy and feel like dancing more often?”

The key to planning a year filled with the desires of your heart is to ponder on what brings you joy now. The next step is to have a daily focus with actions that bring joy and happiness.

With each choice of a new thought, a choice to experience joyfulness comes with it a greater con-fidence in the ability to affect change in your life. It becomes a process of personal empowerment which encompasses developing your mastery and the art of living in joy. With practice and focus you will become joy minded, living life in joy always. When you are in joy, you feel light hearted, which attracts even more joy.

It is as simple of that, My Beloveds. You are the magic. You are the wonder, for within you lies the power to create with your conscious thoughts, a life filled with an abundance of peace, har-mony, joy and all of your hearts desires. Take some time for you to create your happiness plan. It is a project that will truly delight your heart.

Life is meant to be joyful. Life is a blessing and a wonder. It is the greatest of gifts, an opportunity to have an adventure, living, creating, expressing, discovering and experiencing the wonder of you.

If you are unhappy with any part of yourself or your life, change your thoughts about it and the energy will begin to shift. Love yourself, love your body, and love the people in your life. Just love your life and enjoy the journey that life offers you.

Loving thoughts will shift any reality, flavoring it with the sweetness of your heart. You can use the sacred love mantra, Chanulanaha to bless yourself, your body, and your life. It will elevate and bless all, assisting in restoring the memory to all of our sacred truth, that all is love.

Be in joy My Beloveds, it is your divine nature.

Dance in the sweetness of your wonder, allowing yourself to feel the lightness of your heart.

This is your time to grow beyond the old stories of less and limitations. It is your time to blos-som into the truth of yourself, for truly you are a wonder to behold.”

With great love, Your Beloved Mother

An Article about Abundance, permission to give and the support of the Angel of Abundance by Heike Stenzel “Angel & Beyond”

The richness of opportunities knocking on your door will contribute to the Abundance of your Higher Self and the Soul you are.

You are asked to give the Angels of Abundance permission to enter your space so that the most possible becomes your reality for this year!

With inviting the Angels of Abundance the first step is done. It will put you into the frequency of Abundance that will develop a powerful stream of energy.

Invocations can greatly enhance the divine assertivness and even more when you include prayers, affirmations and visualizations. You truly can choose and why not align your Higher Self and invoke the presence and state of mind into your life straight away…?

Page 34: January 2016 issue

34 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM e January 2016

Here is one of the invocations you can use that are beneficial to attract abundance.

“Beloved presence of God, the mighty I am Presence, Divine Universe and the Angels of Abundance. With the power of all that is aligned with God I hereby ask and humble pray with all my Heart and Soul and Mind to unfold the highest and best of divine Abundance into my life. I ask divine source to charge me with the frequency of Abundance to enter my Spirit. I truly and deeply allow my conscious and subconscious mind to attract the abundance in posi-tive terms, now and continuously! Thank you and it is done! Done three times and best spoken aloud in a powerful voice.

Don’t forget to breathe! Breathing is essential to charge life force energy into your physical body. It is very nurturing for the whole subtle energy fields and Chakra System. Feel the difference doing it with the deep breath down into your belly area or without. The breath is a powerful tool!

Inviting the essence, the purest form of energy and with the backup of the Angels of Abundance that will influence your Soul to shine through every aspect you need. Indeed; will set your subtle field into motion to attract circumstances into your life. You will meet the right people; find the right mo-ments, places and locations in a variety of events or situations occurring. Be open and aware when those opportunities show up.

Call into mind, you are creative Spirit, a part of Source in its vastness in its original existence. For now, and the beginning of the year you have the Angels of Abundance to enter your path and to change for better this year.

You deserve the endless stream of Abundance and this abundance is part of you and amplified Soul. We are completed with the deepest seed of source within us. This light that shines within the all of us has never left.

Peerless, an invitation to remember, becoming the validity to see all the opportunity for your Soul the Universe provides; isn´t it magnificent?

The Soul, your Spirit - the existence of creation and it resides deep within. It is amazing and mind blowing

at times, still waiting to be freed and released from the cage you have constructed. This construction oc-curred from a place of believe system that proofed your existence and reality. A feeling of security and what you known best; familiar, a pattern you repeated over and over again. But it may have not revealed your greatest potential of your Creation and your Souls ca-pacity for the abundance waiting for you.

Are you ready for it? Are you willing to unfold your Souls Abundance now? Ready to dismantle your cage and look at what your mind chatter repetitive creates into a pattern and this over and over again. “I won´t be able to change this behavior, this is the way I am, I am fated to be limited and not deserving” Does this sound familiar? Simple, it is an excuse your ego clings onto in desperate need to control you.

Think twice and choose the other option, the essence of the Abundance your heart and Soul hosts for you. Does this not sound thrilling and gives you a boost and uplift, charging you with a new won hope and inspiration?

The Divine Source is abundant and acts upon the power of intention to have this abundance in posi-tive terms. But – and so very often we fall back into a trap of Ego limitation to confirm the restriction which in truth is an illusion. The Ego loves to play movies of Drama, conflicts and lack – and if you go alone and blind yourself you have not yet un-derstood who you truly are in deserving and having the abundance in your life. Ask yourself now and what you want for the coming year:

“Do I still want you in my life?” May it be the lack of money, struggling in a way to pay the bills, job-lessness, missing Joy and missing happiness and a continually list of what is missing and you fear can´t be changed. Do a quick inventory about your beliefs you used to live with. Does these thoughts or believes serve your deepest heart desires or is there the babble of your Ego possessing you?

May you even fear the success, a program that ticks not only in the background but in the forefront of not being entitled to the abundance waiting for you? Let it go for once and all and replace it with the Abundance of having it all in best serves your higher self to feel the love of divinity within you.

Page 35: January 2016 issue

35 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM e January 2016

Not always done easily but if you have the cour-age to step forward and to change your beliefs you will see what truly is possible in the vast-ness and unlimited source of the Universe. We are free to choose our thoughts of abundance and very often, reclaim the faith and hope at the beginning of the Year. Choose abundance from the perspective of your Higher Self and in alignment with the divine Universe; even though up and downs occur.

Train your mind! It takes some time but this time is your treasure. We have all these great and help-ful tools nowadays, abundance; we are just ready to awaken. These gates will open and divine source will interact with your creation of creating the Abun-dance you ask for.

Celebrate the favorable outcome of attracting more and more that is aligned with our Higher Self, linked to the frequency that emanates from Source! Re-connect and know that all is possible even it appears as impossible. If you allow yourself to believe it is possible.

Give yourself permission to be the Creator and make your diamond as clear and shiny as possible. You are the emperor of your mind and free to decide for the better. This is a treasure that is the key and code for the manifestation of abundance.

Give this year the permission to be the year of CHANGE to better. Come out of your fear for CHANGE and change your thoughts. Be playful and creative, affirm and visualize and invite the An-gels of Abundance to forerun so that you can see. The truth of your Higher Self is far beyond the illusion of your finite mind.

You can live your higher aspects to unfold your abun-dance; reawakened, kissed free from the ugly sleep it was doomed.

The Angels of Abundance communicate “We are here for you; if you authorize us we will help you.” “We do the half part of manifestation and the other part is done by you.” “No excuses anymore!”, “Faulty thinking Begone!” “The Abundance is awaiting you.” To activate and hold in empowerment the following affirmation will advise and support you on the path of Abundance.

• “I give myself permission to receive infinite opportunities that will bring abundance into my life, in positive terms.”

• “I am enough and because I am enough I receive enough and much more to my highest best.”• “I am Soul and part of Source and with this aware-ness of my power as a Creator in my own good.”• “God loves me and I love God and with this love, giving and receiving is aligned to the highest and best possible.”

Affirmations are done best in the morning and in the evening before you fall asleep, and repeated 10times or more.

Have an abundant year in positive terms.

WORD DEFINITIONS IMPRISON USPERIFERIAL WORDS SET YOU FREE

In a result oriented world how do we control the results and various experiences in life? Give up any related ideas now! For all is only possible when the focus turns inward. Look to your behavior patterns, be accountable, “it’s good to have account-ability”. Set a ten minute no distraction time zone each day for overview and correction. Updates require a plan of action. Did you know all actions comprise an aspect which includes health? Health permeates all aspects of one’s life.

Failure in any area of life alwayscomes down to a lack of management.Failure can only survive fromthe power of a dormant force. There’s a statement to get your head around.

Positive results do not come from knowledge or information we have now or in the future. All results, positive or negative, are born from how we function with personal responsibility. Big prob-lems / challenges are like fires, they all start out small. Hence to catch them when small, what is required on our part is a function of uncondition-al awareness. If there exists even the slightest truth attached to this, then nothing can exist on its own. Next, the obvious must prevail “everything is connected”. The movie “Lucy” thankfully gave us a hint of what unconditional looks like!!!!

This now brings us to a larger question/observation? How or what is it that one needs to do to stimulate ones mindset into a greater open receptive mindset? And the answer is nothing, you don’t have to do a thing, as this is the job of “Divine Grace” It has been showing up in your “individual life” as your own private challenge via “cause and effect”. Risk,

challenge, change, and so forth in their auspicious-ness, are all personal gifts intended to create the continued flow of one’s personal life usually labelled as “the learning experience”.

These are the evidence based pearls when instigat-ed evolve us as a human species. Free will is yours and yours alone, it’s a bitch or an asset depending on how you level up or don’t??? Risk, challenge and change are an invasive method to stimulate human evolution!

Observable regulatory effort is the responsibility of any individual who requires a greater productive life. Combine those with focus to accelerate the time in arriving at the success and goals one desires.

Advancing the limited known education of Feng Shui is of interest. It involves the study of energy as it is most definitely the future of mankind, you and I, all matter, trees, buildings, thoughts and all that is of an energy base.

Call them whatever you like, the leaders of tomor-row: Innovators, Drivers, Visionaries, Influencers, Designers; they are the makers of tomorrow’s 2016 and beyond. Know this, there will be no change if these future leaders are not pure of heart and un-contaminated from the sustained box-think-ing education of past generations. Theirs will be a heart of natural passion for wellness and spirit. The CEO’s and organizers of the future will not be the result driven leaders of today, having no regard for humanity, leaving behind forests of devas-tation, garbage, and the overwhelming disrespect of all mankind due to logical verbal diarrhea!!!

SPACE defined…”the dimensions of height, depth, and width within which all things exist and move” Definitions suit the mindset and give us a basic process to communicate with one another. Let’s move from the concept of “words in focus”, words by definition to a peripheral meaning/under-standing. Time to let words out of their prison!

Space when designed from an elemental approach has a therapeutic influence on the human body, the emotional body and a person’s state of being. So the questions are coming…are we a physical body, spiritual body, energy body or an elemental body? All of which have a frequency vibration.

As 2016 approaches will you identify with the “who” you were in 2015. If not, then stand face to face with all challenges in your personal space. If you are unsure time is of the essence, understnd time functions from YIN, the moon cycles and YANG, the solar cycles. The solar cycle in simple terms ends and begins around February 4th each year. Your mission if you choose is to catch the oppor-tunity of riding on the face of the New Year’s 2016 energies by being ready by Feb 4th with all decisions and actions present and accounted for!!!. An Exclusive interview with Dr. Joe Gallenberger the author of Inner Vegas.

Dr. Joe Gallenberge is a clinical psychologist with 30 years of experience.

His students often achieve dramatic physical and psychological healing, influence over dice and slot machines, and beautiful manifestations in their lives. A dynamic, heart driven speaker, Dr. Gallenberger is in demand internationally on topics such as psychokinesis, energy healing, and manifestation. He is a senior trainer at the Monroe Institute and created its highly successful MC² program.

Gallenberger developed Sync-Creation®: a Home Study Course in Manifestation. He is the author of the book Brothers Forever and the CD’s Partners and Manifesting with Hemi-Sync. He is the author of Inner Vegas: Creating Miracles, Abundance and Health and his latest book Liquid Luck: The Good Fortune Handbook.Website www.InnerVegas.com

1. When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer? I was always a voracious reader and en-joyed both fiction for the worlds you could sink into, and non-fiction for the things that you could learn. I toyed with the idea of writing since child-hood.

2. How long does it take you to write a book? The time varies. Usually there is a gestation period of more than a year but then the writing itself goes quickly. I will have a draft in a few months and then spend an equal amount of time polishing the prose.

3. What is your work schedule like when you’re writing? Usually it is nearly seven days a week, with two or three sessions per day of about two hours each, but sometimes it may be a eight hour session when things are flowing.

4. What would you say is your interesting writing quirk? I don’t stop long for meals, so for me you could count the number of piz-za boxes it takes to write a book! When things are flowing I often write far into the night after the family has gone to sleep, and keep a journal beside my bed, waking up repeatedly during each night’s sleep with ideas for sentences and para-graphs.

5. How do books get published? My first novel was picked up by an agent who was a relative of my secretary at that time. My next three non fiction books were published by submitting the manuscript to a publisher at Hampton Roads and then Rainbow Ridge Books that knew of Monroe Institute which is mentioned in my books. I have found that you need an “in” and that submitting manuscripts blind did not work for me.

An Interview with

Dr. Joe Gallenberger

39 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM e January 2016

Page 40: January 2016 issue

6. Where do you get your information or ideas for your books? My life experiences that are sig-nificant to me and that I feel will be of benefit to others to hear.

7. When did you write your first book and how old were you? When I was about 30 years old I wrote a suspense novel, called The Stream which was not published but I enjoyed the process very much. The after my broth-er’s death by suicide when I was 45, I found much consolation and understanding in writing my first published book: Brother’s Forever: An Unexpected journey Beyond Death.

8. What do you like to do when you’re not writing? I live in a beautiful area and like to be outside strolling or working on my property. I enjoy listening to music, mostly classical and some rock. I love to go to casinos and practice my psychokinesis wins. I very much enjoy teaching and teach about 16 seminars on the road each year.

9. What does your family think of your writing? They have been very supportive of the process which can require adjustment to family routines and I think, proud when I finally get the book out there.

10. What was one of the most surprising things you learned in creating your books? How fulfilling writing is and how it helps the author clarify their own experience and pro-cess their own emotions.

11. How many books have you written? Which is your favorite? I have written four books so far and each is like a loved child, no favorites!

12. Do you have any suggestions to help people to become a better writer? If so, what are they? It has been said many times, but writing from you own experience and what you are passionate about sharing is the only way to go because it works and it balanc-es the time and energy needed to write well. Then work with a supportive editor who is willing to be frank about what needs to be done to get a book ready for the public.

13. Do you hear from your readers much? What kinds of things do they say? I hear quite often, mostly to thank me for enhancing their lives in a major way - that is one of the most satisfying things about writing - touching other people lives in a positive way.

14. What do you think makes a good story? A good story, either fiction or non fiction, needs to be about what really matters in life, and usually describes a journey of discovery.

15. As a child, what did you want to do when you grew up? I first wanted to become a monk and in fact went to a monastery school I was 14 for two years. I toyed with becoming a classical musician. Then I debated between ar-chitect, teacher, or psychologist - psychologist/teacher won.

16. What is your favorite motivational phrase, positive saying? “Fear is Expensive, Love is price-less, choose wisely!”

17. What is your favorite book and why? The Seth books by Jane Roberts reframed my reality, but I also love a good story - have read the Harry Potter books three times.

18. Which writers inspire you? Anyone writ-ing from their hearts and also books by brilliant minds.

19. How can readers discover more about you and you work? The readers can go to my web-site: www.SyncCreation.com and look at the books, CDs and courses that I have created. Also Amazon has many reader reviews of Inner Vegas: Creating Miracles, Abundance and Health, and Liquid Luck: The Good Fortune Handbook.

20. Is there anything else you would like to add that I haven’t included? My main mes-sage is that we are miracle workers living in a miraculous world and that we can indeed shape our personal futures and the world’s welfare. If we clear our limiting beliefs and fears and raise our heart’s energy we can focus it for healing and abundance. Also, if you have something to say that is positive and inspiring share it with the world.

A conservatory makes a great and beautiful home addition but just like building your house, you need to make efforts to create a conservatory that is eco-friendly and one that is energy efficient. It should be a space that offers you cozy comfort during all seasons, but you should not incur huge energy bills when enjoying this space. Luckily, there are so many tips you can use to make sure that you create an ef-ficient conservatory even with any heating solution that you choose to include.

1. Select your construction materials and design with care. The design will play a huge role in just how effi-cient the conservatory remains. Depending on where you are located, a conservatory facing a particular way could mean more heating and more ventilation for a different face. Some materials easily loose heat, while others retain heat so make sure you are on the right page when selecting the materials and the de-sign.

2. Choose a glass that is energy efficient. There is re-ally no conservatory that does not have glass; some even choose glass roofing and walling. Whatever style you select, it helps to make sure that the glass you select helps regulate temperatures inside the con-servatory. It should retain heat in colder months to save you from hefty heating bills during such a time that you can’t really do without the heating. The glass you use for the space should also manage to reduce sun glare during hotter months in such a way that you will not really need air conditioning or fans to keep it cool. Conservatory glasses have energy ratings so make sure you check it before purchasing.

3. Go for double glazed conservatory windows. Dou-ble glazing offer excellent insulation and you can even go for triple glazing that has also become very popular today. It simple means that window panes have two or more glass layers that have trapped air between them thus insulating the room. If you have single glazing, you can always refurbish the existing structure to double or triple glazing so you have an energy efficient space.

4. Consider installing doors between the conserva-tory and your house. This makes it possible for you to heat the conservatory only when there is need to do so. When you close the doors, you reduce energy usage greatly compared to if you had an open space connecting the two instead of a door.

5. Go for thick blinds and air curtains to help trap air pockets, creating some sort of insulation for your home. You can for instance, choose cellular blinds that have two layers easily trapping air. Velvet also does make a great curtain fabric; it gives your room a luxurious feel and retains heat in the process. You cannot forget your flooring when creating the conser-vatory. Throw in rugs or go for wooden floorboards because they work better in retaining heat compared to tiled or concrete floors that can get really cold un-der your feet.

When looking for eco conservatory heating, you need to start by ensuring that you have a well thought-out construction. There are so many conservatory heating ideas you can use to have an energy efficient space.

Everything is a Energy

Healing with Energy

53 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM e January 2016

Of course, you already know that everything is ener-gy. You’d have to have your head in the sand if you didn’t. Quantum physics has proven that everything is connected, and we’re (each and every one of us) con-nected by this energy matrix. Some scientists call this the Field, some folks call in the Divine Matrix, others call it Source or Universe or even God. Whatever name you use, everything is energy and healing with energy, your emotions, your finances, your thoughts and focus, your body, mind, and spirit, just got a whole lot easier.

What Blocks Your Well Being? Wealth in old English means well being. Well being of body, emotions, mind, and spirit. We are complex crea-tures we human beings and we can create a many a con-voluted life story in trying to get where we want to go. And along this journey, we pick up baggage that doesn’t belong to us, yet we carry it with us for the majority of our lives. We end up identifying with the luggage, thinking somehow that we are what we carry, what we experience, and what happens to us. When we do this, we are identifying ourselves with the wrong things.

We Are Not What Has Happened To Us We aren’t - we are much bigger than that, but in order to make sure that we don’t shine too brightly, that we don’t bask in the brilliance that we are, we dim down our lights, we make ourselves less than how we are re-ally seen by the the Universe. We play small to other people, places, and things, in hopes of getting through this life intact.

If we don’t bring too much attention to ourselves, may-be, just maybe, we’ll be able to get what we want in life.

Unfortunately, playing small serves no-one, not you, and not those around you.

Let Your Light Shine You may be thinking how can I do this? The economy has tanked, my job sucks, I really don’t like the people I hang out with, and I’m not even really sure of what I want in life? How can I let my light shine when I don’t even know what it is that I like to do?

Does this sound like you? Are you ready to move be-yond what limits you? Are you ready to find what you want in life? You can do this and it’s very simple. There aren’t a lot of hoops to jump through and you do this by going back to the Source -- you do this by working with energy and healing with energy.

We Are All Divine Children of the Universe Living a small life isn’t really the way to go about things. When you live small, you send a message out to the universe that somehow, you’re not worthy. It’s also the same message that you unconsciously send out to the energy matrix, the field -- and it is what you will continue to experience in your life.

On the other hand, tuning into your brilliance and learning to live large (from a spiritual sense) will allow you to follow your passions, live a dream life, plug-in to the Energy Matrix that is freely and continually available to you 24/7 and have experiences you’ve never dreamed of. When you learn to live your life by being the real you you are sending a message to the Energy Matrix, to the Universe that you are worth it - and this message gets sent along the connecting fibers that con-nects you to every one and every thing else. It raises the vibration for the whole.

Tuning into and raising the volume on your brilliance eventually allows you to be a position to help others do the same thing. And that can be a wonderful feeling -- helping those around you step into the fullness of their being.

So, what are you waiting for? When are you going to take that first step toward living your dreams? If you’d like to find out how you can do this, and learn to do healing with energy then hop on over and read more at: http://www.Law-of-Attraction-Masters.com

The Art of Letting GoAt some point in our life we all find ourselves in plac-es that are not comfortable, places we want to leave, people we want to leave, and faced with situations we want to change. It is at these times that we often try to force our surroundings to bend to our will. We think, “If I can just control the circumstances around me, orchestrate the events in my life, I can fix this.” The problem we often find, is that the more we try to control things the more chaotic and insecure our lives become. It is at these times that we need to reflect on the act of letting go, relaxing, allowing, yet it is often our last instinct.

Most of us have heard some variation of the beauty of letting go and allowing but few truly comprehend the meaning of these words. In order to truly un-derstand we must simply allow, just as we can only understand the experience of wet by actually getting wet, it cannot be fully understood until experienced.

The act of truly allowing means trusting in the true nature of life. We create a process and there are many different process to experience the benefits of allow-ing. For example, mediation is an extremely effective way to come to understand the act of allowing. There are many types of meditation and whatever type one resonates with you is the one you should choose.

Mediation is highly effective because it allows the mind to do what it is designed to do: transcend. When the mind transcends to a quiet place amaz-ing things happen. We become clearer in thought and our body naturally releases stress in order to sup-port the mind. This is where the term mind-body originates. When working together they become a beautiful orchestra. By practicing meditation we stop “doing” and allow the natural occurrence to take over. When you return to activity after witnessing the complete relaxation of the mind and body you are not only more efficient in getting things done, but you are able to prevent stress from entering the body in the first place. If we practice meditation

every day, twice a day, not only will productivity increase but we are able to enjoy the ease that na-ture intended us to live. From this place of allowing things to simply unfold we realize the way life was intended to function.

In order to see the beauty of this intricacy we must pause, stand back and observe the beauty of the jour-ney. If we stop struggling against life and offer our-selves more time to simply “be” we are able to enjoy the journey with greater ease. We arrive at this place of observation and understanding by letting go and allowing it to appear so we can witness the discovery. Witnessing the discovery perpetuates the excitement and when we step back and allow, it drives itself ef-fortlessly the way nature intended.

Don’t take my word for it. Look out into nature and observe it for yourself. You will discover that every-thing in nature works effortlessly in order to expand. Notice a tree, its leaves will be released come Fall allowing it to effortlessly nurture its root system so by the time Spring arrives the natural expansion be-gins. Similarly, meditation allows for the letting go of stress in order to expand your consciousness.

How much energy do you have during your day?It is so important to have a good amount of en-ergy from when you wake up in the morning to when you are ready to go to sleep. Although en-ergy does not come from sleep. Rather it comes from your mind and the foods you eat. Having a healthy mind-set and eating nutritious food to fuel your body will make a difference in your re-sults from day-to-day.

You can experience two forms of energy. The first is positive and the second is negative. One of the internal functions which produces energy is your emotions (energy in motion).

Motion creates movement as energy controls the direction of your movement and determines the level of energy you produce based on the level of thoughts you have.We live in a ocean of motion. Nothing stands still.

The patterns of thoughts you think influence your behavior which becomes a contributor to your energy waves as well. When you think negative or find yourself surrounded by negative people, negative energy can become quite overwhelming and can smother you. I call these people energy vampires.

In order to turn this around, you must be willing to have a strong mind-set that enables you to turn negatives into positives. The benefit to this is that you have energy to reach more of a positive state.

Increasing your levels can be done in the follow-ing 5 different ways...Think of someone or some-thing you love and makes you feel good Go to a place in your mind that reminds you of a posi-tive memory

Talk to people who bring out the best in you. Do something for someone that will make you feel good about yourself Create a vision of where you see yourself to be in a positive way Producing more positive energy in your life is combination of 3 key things. Once you make it a daily routine, stick to it, and develop a hab-it from it, you will see a transition happening within yourself.

1) Repetition 2) Emotional 3) Physical

When you repeat the thoughts in your mind, it permeates into your reality and becomes a habit through action. Repetition is the mother to all forms of learning. You must go through the steps until you engrave it into your belief system.

The more you invest into your emotions, you be-gin to create the reality of what you see in your mind. If you have high levels of energy, you will produce positive emotions. And if you create low levels of energy, you will produce negative emo-tions which will lead to negative results within your reality. The emotions you invest your time in is the type of energy you give life to.

Your physical nature is what you need to main-tain on a daily basis so you can increase your en-ergy to a higher state of positivity. Working out and pushing yourself to greater limits surpassing what your body is wanting to do, is the physical aspect of enhancing your energy or redirecting it from negative to positive. You have to develop a regiment that works best for you in all three areas to achieve the positive results you are seeking in you life.

The miracle called Life is a multi-dimensional journey towards the Light, the ultimate truth that we all yearn for. It is a journey of enlightenment through stages of awakening to acquire a higher, more evolved state of consciousness. We either pass a given test that life ushers our way, or we fail the lesson miserably through our unconscious thinking and actions. If we should fail to heed the call for conscious action, Life will compound itself each time to present another harder-hitting lesson with a more difficult opportunity for reso-lution and full awakening. The lesson, therefore, morphs into a more difficult, harder hitting form each time.

Honesty guarantees the long-term goal of evolving into one’s higher self, forever developing one’s state of higher consciousness. Lying and deceit erodes at the foundation of one’s soul. It destroys every-thing in one’s life, spinning a web of lies in which the soul finds itself to be hopelessly entrapped. The single lie incrementally builds, explodes into an entire universe of falsehood, where it undermines character and integrity. It is a journey into the Dark--the exact opposite of the path of enlighten-ment. It eventually suffocates human potential and spiritual growth. However, when such self-respect and respect for truth and integrity is followed, then the process of awakening unfolds; and success and happiness is guaranteed to follow. These two jux-taposed aspects of existence encourage the Light within each one of us to shine brighter than ever. Often Darkness defines The Light--if a soul comes through the darkness and passes the lesson intend-ed. As Carl Jung said: “A man who has not passed through the inferno of his passions has never over-come them. As far as we can discern, the sole pur-pose of human existence is to kindle a light in the darkness of mere being…”.

Truths are what builds one’s internal state of Heaven; inner peace is the most divine state of Being. Lies and deceit obliterate the foundations of building such an inner sanctuary of Truth, and can only contribute to the building of one’s private Hell. Salvation is not created by the exter-nal, by other people. It is indeed a most personal internal spiritual matter. Lies and deceit transpire when we are not living in Truth, rather engaging in an insidious evil of deception that can only com-promise and corrupt the Soul.

People constantly relinquish self-empowerment by sadly compromising their integrity for self-gain. They become users and abusers to justify their ultimate blind ambition and avarice. In this regard, the greatest self-crime is that our materialist progression is in fact our spiritual regression. There are lost souls who justify lying and deception in just getting ahead, feeding their Hungry Ghosts to receive the fast fix of immediate gratification. Each and every one of us has the potential of being a self-realized, consciously-awakened individual – an awakened temple of Truth which guarantees living out one’s quantum potential. The greatest gift is to journey to a place of self-acceptance, self-forgiveness, acquiring a state of near-Godliness called inner peace. Joseph Campbell reiterates: “Gods suppressed become devils, and often it is these devils whom we first encounter when we turn inward.” Lies and de-ceit blind and empower this internal demon, ob-structing and obliterating one’s internal Light. We encounter our internal Bête Noir in this moment of darkness, where lies and deceit reign. Therein lies the inherent potential of an awakening, con-quering and vanquishing the internal demon and reinstating oneself into a rightful realm of the Light; as Campbell illustrates: “The black moment is the moment when the real message of transfor-mation is going to come. At the darkest moment comes the light.”

In today’s society, illusions and the sense of gaining temporary materialistic power usurps, derails and corrodes one’s spiritual journey. Self righteousness and entitlement can be a terrible thing-- the rea-son it is referred to as “The Devil’s Advocate”, aka “The Mask of Deceit”. In my recent Spring 2016 fashion extravaganza, ALCHEMY AND MAS-QUERADE, I explored this pivotal watershed of falling into darkness, or evolving into a higher self of Light/Truth. Alexander Pope said it best, when it comes to selfish justifications: “And, after all, what is a lie? ‘Tis but the truth in a masquer-ade” – which one could easily say is the existential definition of illusion itself.

Truth IS Beauty, precisely because it is born and living in the Light. And Beauty is my Truth and my specific Light/Bliss (as Campbell called it). I always explore and share my design mantra in

Page 60: January 2016 issue

60 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM e January 2016

ways that illustrate the alchemic and healing powers of Beauty. Beauty has the power to trans-form because it is the manifestation of our creative essence, an aspect of our higher selves.

Masks free us from self-consciousness, dropping social, psychological personas that express hidden sides of ourselves: the Shadow, the Surreal and Ultra Real within us that are to be embraced -- the very secret key to self-knowledge and Divine Truth, which awakens our quantum human poten-tial.

They encourage truth that lies beneath to rise to the surface. Masks are portals of transformation that lead to self-discovery. However, within the parallel nature of the mask’s role lies the temptation for it to usurp, becoming the source of our power and confidence (advocating darkness/lies and deceit), instead of living that power from within our inner Divine Light. Great power oppresses or liberates si-multaneously. When it liberates, it transforms into the dance of Alchemy. Our inner values, pride, confidence and strength do not come from a mask of deceit. The real power and alchemy comes from within one’s True self--one’s internal Light. The Mask of deceit devours one’s true Divine essence and it becomes a disease of the Soul.

Alchemy is the ever-evolving state of transforming into the Light. Diametrically, Masquerade perpet-uates self-denial, self-damnation through lying and deceit. These are two inter-dependent, co-defining and symbiotic functioning paradigms of our exis-tence. This spiritual dance of the Chiaroscuro pres-ents either an evolution of Light and self-empower-ment or eternal self-damnation, depending on the choices one makes; and whether one is truthful and responsible to embrace one’s accountability or not.The idea of short-termed thinking, grabbing the money and running is a misconstrued way of life that our ultra-modern society seems to propagate. Lying and deceit is an insidious result of failing such lessons that the Universe presents to us. Every cause has a consequence. We carve and create our own Destiny. Perhaps it is best articulated in the profound study of the awakening of consciousness in the words of David Mitchell, author of “Cloud Atlas”: “Our lives are not our own. We are bound to others, past and present, and by each crime and every kindness, we birth our future.”We reap what we sow. We make our bed, and

we sleep in it. What goes around, comes around. That which we run away from will eventually find us… In the final analysis, we are all each other’s invaluable teachers. Life is one big, profound kar-mic reunion. For better, or for worse, we all meet each other for a reason. Nothing is serendipitous nor by chance occurrence. No-one escapes the laws of Karma. Our own Karma will always find us; therefore, live in Truth, or face the dire karmic winds of Consequence.

Blessings of Light.

Before you are born into this physical experience, you exist in and as the space of being of what is often called “God”. Though it can be said that you have a certain sense of self, it is not a sense of self that imbues a differentiation or separation from anything else in your objective awareness. You exist in essence as your higher self. Soon after you are born, you begin to identify with your body, per-sonality, culture, likes and dislikes as well as all of the thoughts and beliefs that arise as a result of the physical experiences you have lived. This identifica-tion builds the idea you have of yourself. But it is an idea that is restricted to the time line from your birth to your death in this singular lifetime. It is

temporary and so, it is only natural that a person, at some point in their life would begin to question these roles and identities. This questioning leads you to a deeper awareness of the truth of who you really are. It leads you to the discovery of your true nature. In other words, it establishes a profound con-scious connection with your higher self.

Any kind of spiritual belief is empty of meaning without a personal and direct experience of your higher self. Your higher self, is the eternal, incorpore-al, omnipotent, consciousness, which is your real self. It is the being that you go forth from and withdraw back to from life to life.

The Higher Self By Teal Swan

Page 63: January 2016 issue

63 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM e January 2016

It is the summation of all that you have ever been and all that you are. It is often called a higher self because the frequency of the energetic vibration of God and therefore your higher self could be inter-preted as a much higher frequency than that of phys-ical structure. Your connection to your higher self is unbreakable. It is in fact the focus of your higher self into the idea of you that created you in the first place.

If that connection of focused energy was to be with-drawn, you would die. It is for this reason that it is always a capability of yours at any moment to uti-lize this connection. Your higher self is focusing love and guidance into your life in every second of your life, and it is your choice to either prevent that focused energy or to allow it. You prevent this focused energy of your higher self by continuing to think thoughts that are of a discordant energetic vibration to the vibration of your higher self. You allow it by practicing thoughts that energetical-ly resonate with the vibration of your higher self. You will know that you are doing this because when you are thinking thoughts that oppose and therefore prevent the energetic vibration of your higher self, the thoughts make you feel emotionally bad to think.Likewise, when you are allowing the vibration of that focused energy by thinking thoughts that are a match to your higher self, the thoughts feel emo-tionally good to think. Your emotions are a transla-tion, telling you at all moments of the day of where you stand energetically in relation to your higher self. When you are preventing the focused energy of your higher self, you quickly develop ailments of all kinds. You make yourself a match to illness, to accidents, and to absence instead of abundance and health. This is the reason that even though most people do not know what role their emotions play, feeling better still remains the motivation behind every action taken in this world.

Your higher self also plays out in a very important way in this physical experience you are living with respect to your desires. When you experience a situation which you would define as negative, it serves as a comparison. It serves as a comparison from which it’s opposite arises within you. In other words, the idea of what is alternately positive. This is an inevitable process; you do it even without conscious awareness of it. Your higher self becomes

vibrationally that “idea” that you have consciously or subconsciously desired. This is how the higher self evolves and becomes more. But once this has happened, like a magnet, the law of attraction (which is the most powerful and invariable occurrence in this universe) begins drawing you and your high-er self together because the energetic vibration of what you desire and the energetic vibration of your higher self is now a “like” energetic vibration. This means all things in the third dimension which you identify as your life and your identity are drawn together with all the things in the physical dimension that are an energetic match to the vibration of the manifestation of your desire. They are orchestrated towards you so that your physical reality becomes a full realization of that thing you desired in the first place (what you, yourself caused the universe to become). If you think thoughts that feel good, you are allowing those changes into your experience, if you think thoughts that feel bad, you are preventing them. However, they do not go away. They are always there, they simply can not become in your universe because you have free will which is expressed through choice of thought to not cooperate with your own desires.

The conscious awareness and utilization of your con-stant connection to your higher self, is the key to achieving everything you desire as well as living a happy life, full of all the experiences you intended for yourself upon choosing to come into this phys-ical life. Your eternal, true self is always with you eager for your conscious notice and communication, in a space of unconditional love and aid, becoming more because of the physical you.

Scientists and researchers have come up with lots of ideas on migration. Heck, even as a wildlife rehabber I have a few ob-servations of my own. With everyone trying to figure out the mysteries of migration, the one thing we would agree on is that there are still lots more for us to know. I thought it might be fun to cover some of the interesting things we do know about migration.

In the continental United States there are over 100 species of birds that migrate/move south for the winter. Most of the time birds will fly south rather than fly over the Continental Divide to warmer states. That is where the term “going south for the winter” came from, they really do fly south for the winter. The bottom line is they live by their food. If your yummy favorite bug diet is gone in Montana, then you need to go some place warmer to eat. Plus that is a good excuse to winter in Mexico.

There are four type of birds in your yard: The ones that sum-mer with you, the ones that spend the winter with you (be-cause you are warmer), the temporary ones (like migrating thru), then the permanent ones that you have year around. Af-ter these categories is where is starts to get personal. There are as many variations of migration as there are birds migrating.

Some, are altitude migrators. There are lots of birds that just do an altitude migration. Spend summer higher up then for winter go down from the mountains to where it is warmer to spend the winter. This picture is of a Dusky Grouse. Now they do it a bit different. They come to the lower altitude for raising their kids. Then when it starts to get colder they move up the mountains instead of down. This is a good example of how each species is unique in their migration. They may move as far as 1000 ft. vertically to eat conifer berries in the winter.

Leap Frog migrants fly along stopping to eat and rest along the way, unless their over rival territories. Then they hop over them (flying of course) and wait to touch down for food and rest un-til the area under them is safe. So their migration pattern is like a leap frog, up, down, up down until they get to where they are going. This is the way the Fox Sparrow (left) migrates. Not fly straight through non-stop like some other species.

I find it amazing that all the different species know where they are going. And, that they all go to different vacation destinies. Personally, I find that a very hard decision! Even the Turkey Vulture, knows he is headed to South America for the winter!

Some Birds are non-stop flyers. Some birds walk their migra-tion. Then there are birds that swim migration.

Migration MysteriesBy Evans KC

Hummingbirds all go to a warmer climate for the winter. These guys don’t fly over the mountains, they fly down the side of them to their winter home. Each species of them winter in a different local. Hummer’s also do a really cool thing called torpid. This is almost a mini-hibernation. If you have an early winter snow storm and you wonder what happened to your humming birds over night, they went to sleep. When they go into the torpid state they can slow down their body’s calorie need so that helps them survive. The only problem is they can’t do it for long. So as soon as they can they have to bolt for warmer regions. The males like to leave at least a week before females to stake out their territories. Typical guy thing! Only the males do territories, the females get claimed by the males when they get down their so they never have to set up their own territories.

If you ever wonder if you are going to have an early winter or spring? Watch the Hummingbirds. They are some of the first to bolt for warmer ground.

The Nightjar family does different things each sub-species too. The American Poor Will, which is in the Nightjar family does the torpid state, like the Hummingbirds. Of course they put their own spin on it. With 1/3 oz of fat they can live for apx 100 days. So they don’t migrate far. They like to stay in the same area then if winter is bad, they sleep through most of it. Then the Nighthawk, which is also in the Nightjar family, migrates between 2500 -6800 miles in his quest for bugs. Hey, just another FYI on the Nighthawk; when the Nighthawk goes into a dive the way he positions his wings he does a loud growl noise. It can easily be mistaken for a bear or something as loud as it is!

The Swainson’s Hawk has one of the longest migrations of all. They start in Canada in the summer, then go to Argentina for the winter. They migrate right down the middle of the United States.

Then the Artic Tern is another bird that is famous for his extra long migration.

Even though birds usually sleep at night a lot of them fly through the night when migrating. And land birds can’t put down in water so whatever water mass they are flying over they have to fly until land.

Well I hope you had fun while learning, because I had fun and learned some new stuff while writing this!

Parsley (Petroselinum crispum), the world’s most popular culinary herb is also known as “rock celery” and belongs to the Umbelliferae family of plants. Parsley is one of the world’s seven most potent disease-fighting spices which also include Gin-ger, Oregano, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Sage, and Red chili peppers. Parsley grows in most climates and is readily available throughout the year. It is a bienni-al plant which means that it produces seeds during its second year of production and will reseed itself if you let it.

While parsley is a wonderfully nutritious and heal-ing food, it is often under-appreciated. Most people do not realize that this vegetable has more uses than just being a decorative garnish that accompanies restaurant meals.

Parsley is native to the Mediterranean region of Southern Europe and has been cultivated for more than 2,000 years. It was originally used as a medicinal plant (see below) prior to being consumed as a food. Ancient Greeks held parsley to be sacred, using it to not only adorn victors of athletic contests, but also for decorating the tombs of the deceased. While it is uncertain when and where parsley began to be consumed as a seasoning, historians think it may be sometime during the Middle Ages in Europe. Some historians credit Charlemagne with its popularization as he had it grown on his estates.

Parsley’s Many Therapeutic Health Benefits Include Its Use For: o Anemia: Builds up the blood because it is high in iron. The high vitamin C content assists the absorp-tion of iron.

• Antioxidant: Increases the anti-oxidant capacity of the blood.• Bactericidal (kills bacteria)• Bad breath• Baldness: Believe it or not, men even scrubbed pars ley onto their scalps to cure baldness--which doesn’t work.• Blood purifier• Blood vessel rejuvenation: Maintains elasticity of blood vessels, and helps to repair bruises.• Diarrhea is greatly helped by drinking parsley tea.• Digestion: Parsley is an excellent digestion restor

ative remedy. It improves the digestion of proteins and fats therefore promoting intestinal absorption, liver assimilation and storage. Because of its high enzyme content, parsley benefits digestive activity and elimination.• Dissolves cholesterol within the veins.• Diureticparsley tea helps resolve swollen ankles.• Ear health: Treats deafness and ear infections.• Edema: Acts as a diuretic and blood vessel strengthener.• Fatigue: Parsley is high in iron so helps repair and provides components for better blood cells.• Gallstones: Helps dissolve them.• Glandular support of the liver, spleen, kidneys and adrenal glands.• Gout• Hormonal support: In women, parsley improves estrogen and nourishes and restores the blood of the uterus. Conditions like delayed menstruation, PMS, and the menopause (dry skin, irritability, depression and hair loss) can often improve.• Hormone balancing is achieved through the volatile fatty acids contained in parsley.• Immune booster: The high vitamin C, beta car otene, B12, chlorophyll and essential fatty acid content render parsley an extraordinary immunity enhancing food. Parsley is an immune-enhancing multi-vitamin and mineral complex in green plant form and one of the most important herbs for providing vitamins to the body.• Inhibits tumor formation, particularly in the lungs.• Insect bites: Rub on to relieve the swelling and itch.• Jaundice• Liver congestion: It enriches the liver and nourishes the blood. Parsley helps reduce liver congestion, clearing toxins and aiding rejuvenation.• Menstrual irregularity: Parsley helps to make the cycles regular by the presence of apiol which is a con stituent of the female sex hormone estrogen.• Menstrual pain• Night blindness: Bad eyesight is a sign of Vitamin A deficiency.• Rheumatism• Spleen strengthening: The parsley root in particular strengthens the spleen, and can, therefore, treat mal absorption.

• Stamina loss and low resistance to infection, point to a sluggish liver. This can manifest itself in blood deficiencies, fatigue, a pale complexion and poor nails, dizzy spells, anemia and mineral depletion.

This can manifest itself in blood deficiencies, fatigue, a pale complexion and poor nails, dizzy spells, anemia and mineral depletion.• Stomach problems• Strengthens loose teeth: In the Middle Ages pars-ley was used for many conditions including ‘fastening teeth’ (Scurvy, which is caused by a Vitamin C defi-ciency, makes the gums spongy and the teeth loose.)• Uterine tonic• Weight loss benefits from being a diuretic

Nutritional Benefits of Parsley:Parsley is a nutrient powerhouse containing high levels of beta carotene, vitamin B12, folate, chlorophyll, calcium, more vi-tamin C than citrus fruits, and just about all other known nutrients. Parsley is a moistening, nourishing, restoring, ‘warming’ food, pungent with a slightly bitter, salty flavor. It enhances and stimulates the energy of organs, improving their ability to assimilate and utilize nutrients.

Beta carotene is used for protein assimilation. This nutrient benefits the liver and protects the lungs and colon. Beta-carotene is converted by the body to vitamin A, a nutrient so important to a strong im-mune system that its nickname is the “anti-infective vitamin.”

Chlorophyll: Parsley is abundant in chlorophyll, thus purifying and inhibiting the spread of bacteria, fungi and other organisms. Chlorophyll from parsley is slightly anti-bacterial and anti-fungal which acts to enhance immune response and to relieve mucus congestion, sinusitis and other ‘damp’ conditions. Chlorophyll, high in oxygen, also suppresses viruses and helps the lungs to discharge residues from envi-ronmental pollution.

Essential Fatty Acids: Parsley is a source of alpha-

linolenic acid, an important essential fatty acid that is too frequently deficient in today’s diets.

Fluorine is an important nutritional component abundantly found in parsley. Fluorine has an entire-ly different molecular structure from chemically-pro-duced fluoride. Tooth decay results from a shortage of fluorine, not fluoride. It is the combination of calcium and fluorine which creates a very hard protective surface on teeth and bones. Fluorine also protects the body from infectious invasion, germs and viruses.

Folic Acid, one of the most important B vitamins, but one of its most critical roles in relation to car-diovascular health is to convert homocysteine into benign molecules. Homocysteine is a potentially dangerous molecule that, at high levels, can directly damage blood vessels and increase the risk of heart attacks and stroke in people with atherosclerosis or diabetic heart disease. Folic acid is also a critical nutrient for proper cell division and is therefore vitally important for cancer-prevention in two areas of the body that contain rapidly dividing cells--the co-lon, and in women, the cervix.

Iron: The iron content of parsley is exceptional with 5.5mg per100g (4oz). A half-cup of fresh parsley or one tablespoon dried has about 10 percent of your iron daily requirements. Plus, parsley has the vitamin C your body needs to absorb that iron.

Protein: Parsley is made up of 20% protein. (About the same as mushrooms.)

Vitamin B12: Parsley contains traces of B12 produc-ing compounds. Such compounds are needed for the formation of red blood cells and normal cell growth, important for fertility, pregnancy, immunity and the prevention of degenerative illness. The action of vi-tamin B12, however, is inhibited by birth control pills, antibiotics, intoxicants, stress, sluggish liver, and excess bacteria or parasites in the colon or digestive tracts. Parsley helps to counteract these inhibitors.

Vitamin K: Getting at least 100 micrograms of Vitamin K a day can drastically cut your risk of hip fracture. Vitamin K is necessary for bones to get the minerals they need to form properly. Parsley is load-ed with vitamin K (180 mcg per 1/2 cup). Cooking parsley nearly doubles its Vitamin K.

Page 69: January 2016 issue

69 THEEDENMAGAZINE.COM e January 2016

Vitamin C: Parsley contains more vitamin C than any other standard culinary vegetable, with 166mg per 100g (4oz). This is three times as much as oranges. Flavonoids, which make up the Vitamin C molecule, maintain blood cell membranes, and act as an antiox-idant helper.

Volatile oil components - including myristicin, lim-onene eugenol, and alpha-thujene. Parsley’s volatile oils, particularly myristicin, have been shown to in-hibit tumor formation in animal studies, and par-ticularly, tumor formation in the lungs. It acts as an antioxidant that can help neutralize particular types of carcinogens (like the benzopyrenes that are part of cigarette smoke, charcoal grill smoke, and the smoke produced by trash incinerators).

Parsley also contains calcium (245mg per 100g), phosphorus, potassium (1000mg per 4 oz), manga-nese (2.7mg per 100g), inositol, and sulphur.

Many of my client’s test they would benefit greatly from eating parsley for all kinds of health problems. How to Use Parsley:

Top off your sandwiches with it, include it in your salad greens, put it in Tabbouli or better yet, toss it into simmering soups, stews and sauces. We eat it raw in salads and those days when I can’t eat it raw, I of-ten add a couple of parsley capsules to my nutritional supplements.

Parsley juice, as an herbal drink, is quite powerful and is usually taken in quantities of about 2 fl oz (50ml) three times a day and is best mixed with other juices. I noticed that it’s most effective to juice parsley in be-tween other vegetables as the juice is heavy and thick and doesn’t move through some juicers very readily.

Types of Parsley:The two most popular types of pars-ley are curly parsley and Italian flat leaf parsley. They are both related to celery. The Italian variety has a more fragrant and less bitter taste than the curly va-riety. There is also another type of parsley known as turnip-rooted parsley (or Hamburg) that is cultivated for its roots, which resemble salsify and burdock. Chi-nese parsley, is actually cilantro.

How to Pick and Care for Parsley:Whenever possible, choose fresh, dark green, organically grown parsley that looks fresh and crisp over the dried form of the

herb since it is superior in flavor. Avoid bunches that have wilted or yellowed leaves indicating over-mature or damaged produce.Parsley can be stored loosely wrapped in a damp cloth or plastic bag and refrigerated for up to a week. Wash just before using. If the parsley wilts, either sprinkle it lightly with some water or wash it without completely drying it before putting it back in the refrigerator. The best way to clean it is just like you would spinach. Place it in a bowl of cold water and plunge it up and down like you would a toilet plunger. This will allow any sand or dirt to dislodge. Remove the leaves from the water, empty the bowl, refill it with clean water and repeat this process until no dirt remains in the water.

If you have excess flat-leaved parsley, you can easily dry it by laying it out in a single layer on a clean kitch-en cloth. I pre-chop mine (both varieties) and place it on a cookie sheet on top of the refrigerator where it is warm. Stir it occasionally to allow consistent drying. Once dried, it should be kept in a tightly sealed con-tainer in a cool, dark and dry place.

Some feel the curly leaved variety is best preserved by freezing, as opposed to drying. Although it will retain most of its flavor, it has a tendency to lose its crispness, so it is best used in recipes without first thawing.
