PWP: A comprehensive lifestyle assessment linking medical research with your personal lifestyle, health history and personal biometrics. Measures blood pressure, body mass index, waist circumference and body fat%. Via a small �nger stick, the screening also measures total cholesterol, HDL LDL, triglycerides & glucose. All participants have the option to meet in person with a Health Coach/Nutritionist.

A 12 hour fast is RECOMMENDED, but NOT required. (If you are unable to fast-or forget to fast, your blood sample will still be measured.)

It’s CONFIDENTIAL – Your results and privacy are protected by law (HIPAA). It’s QUICK! All appointments are in the morning and last approximately 30 minutes. Resolution Meltdown (and VCWELLtrek Challenge): Motivation �agging, waning, weakening…? Found some extra weight you’d like to lose? Kick start 2019 with our 10-week weight-loss challenge! No matter where you work--this challenge can help you stay on track for success!

Each participant will receive professional guidance & inspiration (via our licensed registered dietician), as well as physical-activity support (via the VCWELLtrek platform): Pre-challenge weigh-ins will be recorded between Fri, 1/25, 8am and Mon, 1/28, BEFORE 5PM.

Physical activity revs up your metabolism and supports weight loss--so of course, part of this challenge includes physical activity, (accumulating at least an average of 10,000 steps/week). YOU CAN DO IT! By logging your physical activity in the VCWELLtrek platform, you will be able to track your own physical activity. Log in or create an account @ https://vcwelltrek.walkertracker.com/.

Guidance, inspiration and support will be provided by our licensed registered dietician. Each participant will receive a weekly email--full of healthy nutritional & scienti�cally backed

weight loss information--and a quiz question relating to those tips. Answer the quiz question each week and be entered into a weekly drawing for health-&-wellness-related prizes!

Post-challenge weigh-ins will be recorded between Fri, 4/5, 8am and Mon, 4/8, BEFORE 5PM.

(Details regarding pre-& post-challenge weigh ins, WELLtrek requirements, weekly quizzes & prize drawings... will be emailed to all registered participants on Thurs, 1/24 and again on Thurs, 4/4.)

In addition to the weekly-quiz-prize drawings, EVERYONE who loses weight (any amount) and has accumulated 10,000 steps/week, will be entered into an end-of-challenge “Meltdown” random prize drawing. To be eligible for the drawing you must be registered for “Resolution Meltdown”, and have completed both the pre & post weigh-ins and lost any amount of weight and have accumulated an average of 10,000 steps/week on the VCWELLtrek platform (between 1/28 and 4/8).

IMPORTANT: This challenge is not a who-can-lose-the-most-weight competition. it is an opportunity for participants to take a self-paced, personal weight-loss journey through the adoption of healthy behaviors, both through healthy dietary practices and increased physical activity.

The instructor will guide you into a full-body stretch and strengthen routine with modi�cations and gentle multi-level poses for those with special considerations.

Mindful Yoga Stretching 12-1pm @ Gov’t Center, MPRMarch 1 - 29Whether you are beginning yoga or ready to deepen your yoga practice, this yoga

series is a great introduction to the practice of yoga. The instructor will guide you into some more challenging poses always making sure to listen to the body, mind and spirit--making modi�cations when needed. There will be some core work, and strengthening of the muscles, including standing poses, sun salutes and backbends. Ending with longer holds and stretches in the poses.
