TOUR/CRUISE DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: Reservations and payments are accepted with personal or bank checks. You will be invoiced for the balance due on or before Friday, September 14, 2018.

PRICING: Norwegian Line reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for all guests at up to $9 per person per day if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $70 per barrel at the time of sailing.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: U.S. and Canadian citizens are required to have a valid passport to take this vacation.

ARRANGEMENTS: The vacation price is based on a minimum participation of 30 persons and includes planning and operational charges and is quoted on the current tariff rates in effect as of October 30, 2017.

RESERVATIONS: Legal names are required (identical to your passport). Once cruise reservations have been made, if a name change is required because of incorrect information supplied to our office, the traveler is responsible for any applicable charges.

TRAVEL PROTECTION: You have been given the option of purchasing Travel Protection at the time you sign-up for the tour. Plans help protect you and your travel investment and help provide coverage for unexpected circumstances. The premium for the plan is non-refundable after the 1 day free look period and rates are based on trip cost. Group plans require a minimum participation of 10 travelers. CANCELLATION: If after making your initial deposit you find it necessary to cancel from the tour for any reason, there will be a charge of $100 per person up to 90 days prior to departure. For cancellation between 75 and 57 days prior to departure, there will be a cancellation charge of $350 per person. Between 56 and 30 days prior to departure, there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the cruise price per person. For cancellation within 30 days of departure, there will be a cancellation charge of 100% of the cruise price per person.
