Teri has been with KidsCare Therapy for almost seven years, and during her tenure here, she has proven time and again her loyalty to the company and the core values for which KidsCare Therapy stands.

While her contributions have always gone above and beyond, over the past year this employee has really set herself apart by willingly transitioning through multiple roles within the company in order to be utilized where she was most needed - with her priority always being KCT’s success. She has changed roles, job responsibilities, office spaces and even teammates with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and an overall deep commitment to ensuring KCT thrives. Each responsibility she has taken on has been completed with extreme accuracy, diligence, and a high accountability for the results of her work. Her ethical stan-dards exemplify those of the high quality KidsCare Therapy was founded upon, and through her work these ethics exude into all aspects of the company.

These attributes, combined with her helpful attitude and sweet nature, make her highly respected and trusted by everyone who has had the privilege of working with her and the reason she is this year’s employee of the year.
