lmprovementPlan・whichstartedinl998・Followingthisplan,theMinistryispromotingroad

improvementfbrsupportingtheimplementationofaneweconomicstructure・roadimprovementfbr

supportingthebuildupofactivecommunitiesandcities・roadimprovementfbrsustainingabetter

livingenvironmenLandroadimprovementfbrmakingthelandsafetolivein・

Japanisinsuchasituationbutithassteeptopographicalfeaturesandmanyriversoandisunder

stringentspatialrestraintsintheurbanareasduetothedenselanduse・T11ebridgeisan

groundwatersituationsandlandslidemovement・Thesurveycouldincorporate

throughboreholesurveysatappropriateselectedlocations・Extensometers,

groundsurfaceinclinometers,boreholeinclinometers,andlandsurvey
