A vibrant and aromatic marinade made with sundried tomato puree, Italian extra virgin olive oil, Chianti red wine, rosemary and

oregano.

PREPARATION GUIDELINES:Shake well before use.

Score meat, fish or poultry and cover with marinade. Leave for 30 minutes or more to allow flavours to develop before cooking. During cooking, baste with extra marinade for added flavour. Cook according to individual

product guidelines.
