I decided to take a more market applicable approach to art with my Media Art degree, and benefited by learning many skills besides and beyond the arts, such as working well with a team and task management.

Customer Service, The Bookstore in the UC, 5 Campus Drive, Missoula MT November 2009 - July 2015

While primarily a customer service position I also assisted in development of Advertisement Generation including product display and online Marketing.

I was an Apple certified sales associate and provided both student specific sales and in-house customer service for anybody that had computer questions about Apple, Windows PC or otherwise.

Assisted in Web-banner and advertisement development and generation. Worked with a small team to create the best marketing possible.

Developed charts and graphics for the S&K Bid and Proposal group. This included: covers, badges, logos and all internal charts demonstrating function or

organization, while working with the team leads to realize their visions.

I worked with a team to provide the best possible loan products to applicants. Tasks included constant customer service and communication, while maintaining high accuracy of accounts and payments.
