Project: Molecular Diagnostic Wing - Berrimah Farm Science Precinct

Year: 2021 Value: $8,000,000

Description: Jaytex constructed the new Molecular Diagnostic Wing at Berrimah Farm Science Precinct.The scope involved the delivery of a Level 3 Biological Containment (BC3) area incorporating (2) Level 3Quarantine Containment Laboratories (QC3).Jaytex engaged and managed specialist trades to ensure this high level of containment was achieved. Thescope included significant stainless steel, HVAC, access control and glazing components and theinstallation of specialised laboratory equipment.

Year: 2020 Value: $1,500,000

Description: Jaytex delivered an architecturally designed office forconsulting engineers Aurecon to fit their global standards. The project included base building construction and fitout includingall FF&E.

The fitout incorporated unique elements such as operable walls to the boardroom, breakout areas and a modern kitchencomplete with the innovative design elements and materials. Jaytex delivered the project per the strict program and withinbudget.

Project: Berrimah Farm Field Laboratory

Year: 2020 Value: $6,000,000

Description: Jaytex constructed the new field services building consists of a laboratory wingand an administration wing at the Berrimah Farm Science Precinct. The laboratory wing willhouse livestock and plant research and includes a post-harvest lab with a complex drying roomwith two large ovens to dry plant samples. The Building runs off a chilled water air conditioningsystem and also features extensive data infrastructure connected to existing building optic fibre.

Year: 2020 Value: $2,500,000

Description: Stage 1 works of the Bullocky Landscape Masterplan, consisted of therefurbishment of the existing football oval, construction of new covered walkway paths,covered outdoor learning areas, new urban orchard, hard and soft landscaping includingtree planting and landscape mounts, electrical, civil and hydraulic works to support newstructures.

Description: Jaytex design and constructed the 3 level multipurpose grandstand at the Darwin Turf Club.Complete with three bars, a full commercial kitchen, corporate boxes with a comprehensive operable wall systemJaytex Construction delivered the project on budget and in a tight program in time for the 2020 Spring Carnival.

The project included an extensive glazing scope with full length glass bi-fold doors and glass balustrades to theviewing decks to provide an uncompromised viewer experience.

Project: TIO 2 Changerooms

Year: 2020 Value: $1,500,000

Description: Jaytex designed and constructed four new change rooms for Oval Two as part of the Territory Government's $3 million project to upgrade facilities atTIO.

The new change rooms were built to meet the AFL's Preferred Facilities Guidelines which outline best practice in the design of amenities for both female andmale users.

The upgrades also include a new kiosk and ticket box and separate rooms for umpires, timekeepers and media.

The finished product looks as if it always belonged there.

Description: The project included a range of unique elements including a large flexible board room withan operable wall and several smaller meeting rooms each with video conferencing facilities. Severalbreakout areas with custom designed fixed and loose furniture. A large open office space utilisingcustom joinery, transitional ceiling finishes to minimise noise transmission across the office. A modernkitchen area using the latest design innovation ideas and materials to create a space for staff to mingle

Description: This impressive 2500m2 air-conditioned warehouseand 910m2 office space plays a crucial role in thelocal health capacity as well as internationally and isrecognised around the world for its innovation andleadership in disaster preparedness.

From its state-of-the-art security and fire protectionrequirements to its feature walls at the entry andbreak out areas to its mechanical services this was asignificant build in its detail.

Project: NT Motorcycle Centre

Year: 2019 Value: $8,000,000

Description: Working intimately with the client, Jaytex constructionbrought to life a seamlessly integrated solution forNT Motorcycle Centre's new office, showroom andwarehouse in this design and construct project.

Jaytex Construction delivered a sparkling multi-levelretail and office space and a workshop complete withan innovative air-conditioning solution, an internal used oil collection point and exhaust removal system.

Project: 655 Stuart Highway

Year: 2018 Value: $30,000,000

Description: Set on 5410m2 of land, Jaytex delivered four modern office/showroom/warehouses with primefrontage on Stuart Highway at the Berrimah Business Park. Each tenancy was custom built according to the client'sneeds, with two incorporating mezzanine levels to maximise space. The tenancies range from 623m2 to 800m2.

Jaytex Construction were engaged by each retailer to complete the commercial fit-out to each unique set ofspecifications.

Description: Jaytex Construction completed the design andconstruction of the 'Fisheries' project for the NorthernTerritory Government, Department of Primary Industryand Resources. Jaytex delivered a modern office, boat shed, laboratories and storagefacility all within the one location at the Berrimah Industrial Estate.

Description: Jaytex worked closely with Caltex Aust to deliver the new Berrimah Service Station. There was adetailed Schedule of Responsibilities (SOR) document to work to and a detail set of client specifications to bemanaged.

Our Project Control Plan had to specification address the hazards around deep excavation for the fuel farm and weimplemented detailed Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure all works were carried out to the clients requirements

Description: The Darwin Corporate Park has set a new standard for office premises with itspremium quality commercial buildings and associated amenities. THe buildng is 5 star NABERSrated, consisting of 4 two-storey buildngs in a state of the art campus-style. There are over 350basement carparks with direct lift access to the tenancies. The grounds are landscaped withlush tropical plants and the buildings are fully CCTV security and swip card access.
