Teachers will post

Learning Management

System.

Upon completion of training

session, teachers will complete an

online evaluation survey through

e4.

Teachers will post a minimum of

one announcement weekly to be

evaluated by campus appraiser.

Dashboard Notification will be

utilized to monitor the number of

visits the site gets from students.

Part TwoTraining Objective Measurable Outcomes

Teachers will post

items in e4 supporting

classroom instruction.

Upon completion of training

session, teachers will complete an

online evaluation survey through

e4.

Teachers will post at least one item

supporting classroom instruction

per week to be evaluated by

campus appraiser.

Students will complete an online

survey evaluating their usage and

attitude toward the e4 system.

Part ThreeTraining Objective Measurable Outcomes

Teachers will create a

self-graded assignment

and post it to their

classes in e4.

Upon completion of training

session, teachers will complete an

online evaluation survey through

e4.

Teachers will complete a minimum

of one self-graded assignment in

the spring semester.

90% of the student body will

complete a self-graded assessment

during the spring semester.
