1. Responsible to assist and report to Plant Manager in daily raw material yard operation and activities.

2. Responsible to plan, supervise and coordinate Raw Material Yard activities to provide constant and effective work flow/activities in the Raw Material Yard to ensure that all assigned work activities are carried out smoothly, timely and complied with the company's requirements.

3. Responsible to manage and ensure the proper delivery of goods to other departments, housekeeping storage, and maintenance of goods at the proper location, liaison with Logistic department and Production department on receiving and supplying daily activities.

4. Responsible to maintain work accuracy and efficiency of the yard/warehouse to ensure right stocks are transported out at the right time and quantity with proper documentation.

5. Responsible to supervise the day-to-day operations including maintenance of records, preparation of materials order, receiving of goods received, storing of supplies, job orders follow up and transfer of materials.

6. Responsible to ensure all contractors, machines and lorry driver follow and comply with ESSB rules and regulations.

7. Responsible and implement plant cleanliness, environment protection and safety management.

8. Responsible to maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.

Subordinate directly report to: Executive, Supervisor, Operator

Limit of authority:

1. Authorize to command and coordinate all the Raw Material Yard work.2. Authorize to coordinate Raw Material Yard vehicle usage.3. Authorize to do penalty on the subordinate who didn’t obey the order given during shift.

Qualification requirements: Bachelor degree in metallurgical engineering is preferable, other related engineering and science are acceptable.

Working experience requirement:

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in sintering plant or metallurgical field.2. Strong oral communications and written skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia

(preferably to know Mandarin). 3. Well understand the sintering process and with strong technical knowledge.

4. Ability to think out of the box and adapt and learn quickly.5. Ability to work independent and less supervision.6. Able to communicate and motivate coherently – both verbally and via written media.

Understands the principles of manufacturing, and has strong man-management skills. Strong leadership planning and organizational skills essential.

7. Ability to work extended hours on occasions when required.
