1. Responsible to assist and report to Head of Department in Mixer operation and activities.2. Responsible to plan, supervise and coordinate Mixer activities to provide constant and

effective work flow/activities in the Mixer section to ensure that all assigned work activities are carried out smoothly, timely and complied with the company's requirements.

3. Understand the condition of the Mixer furnace and responsible for the arrangement of furnace smooth operation plan.

4. Responsible to manage and ensure the proper delivery of goods to Basic Oxygen furnace.5. Responsible to supervise the day-to-day operations including maintenance of records,

preparation of materials order, receiving and transfer of molten iron, storing of molten iron, and job orders follow up.

6. Responsible for the organizing of problem occurred analysis meeting and write out a report and send it to Head of Department within 24 hours.

7. Responsible for the technical guidance and work reporting of the production, group discussion and on-site training work. Fully control of all types of work and strictly follow the operation procedures and prohibited illegal operation.

8. Responsible and implement plant cleanliness, environment protection and safety management.

9. Responsible to maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace. 10. Responsible for ensuring the operation sections according to the standard operation procedure.

Subordinate directly report to: Technician, General workerLimit of authority:

1. Authorize to command and coordinate all the Mixer work.2. Authorize to coordinate Mixer machine and tool usage.3. Authorize to do penalty on the subordinate who didn’t obey the order given during shift.

Qualification requirements: Education, training, and/or experience, that demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed above.1. Diploma in metallurgical2. Diploma in related engineering and science are acceptable.

Working experience requirement:

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Steel Making plant or metallurgical field.2. Strong oral communications and written skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia

(preferably to know Mandarin). 3. Well understand the Steel making process and with strong technical knowledge. 4. Ability to think out of the box and adapt and learn quickly.5. Ability to work independent and less supervision.6. Able to communicate and motivate coherently – both verbally and via written media. Understands

the principles of manufacturing, and has strong man-management skills. Strong leadership
