1. Compliance to steelmaking plant position general rules.2. Responsible to assist and report to Shift in Charge in daily and activities.3. Responsible to supervise and coordinate section activities to provide constant and effective

work flow/activities in the Mixer furnace to ensure that all assigned work activities are carried out smoothly, timely and complied with the company's requirements.

4. Responsible to manage, charging and discharge of iron in mixer furnace also delivery of molten iron to Basic Oxygen furnace.

5. Responsible for the molten iron temperature measurement and sampling.6. Responsible to supervise the day-to-day operations including maintenance of records,

preparation of materials order, receiving, transfer, and storing of molten iron.7. Responsible for the maintenance work of iron charging mouth mixer, iron charging car (small

car), Hot metal ladle and iron discharge mouth of mixer.8. Responsible for ensuring the safety of the subordinates during work.9. Responsible and implement plant cleanliness, environment protection and safety management.10. Responsible to maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace. Subordinate directly report to: Head of Department, general worker

Limit of authority:

1. Authorize to command to general worker and coordinate all Mixer process.2. Authorize to coordinate Mixer machine and tool usage.

Qualification requirements: Bachelor degree in metallurgical engineering is preferable, other related engineering and science are acceptable.

Working experience requirement:

1. Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in steel making or metallurgical field.2. Can communicate and written skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (preferably

to know Mandarin). 3. Understand the Steel making and strong technical skill. 4. Ability to work independent and less supervision.5. Able to communicate and motivate coherently – both verbally and via written media.

Understands the principles of manufacturing, and has strong man-management skills. Strong leadership planning and organizational skills essential.

6. Ability to work extended hours on occasions when required.
