What to expect:
The Content Editor will:
Coordinate with Spire team across Asia to develop final copies for research reports, websitesand business publications, based on content and drafts provided by internal team members;
Edit/ proof read and re-word content for external communication.
Contribute to Corporate Communications (external/ internal) in terms of content for quarterlye-journals and editorial tasks for Spire website
Prioritize the editing/ re-writing tasks to conform to quality standards in a fast-pacedenvironment
What we require:
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
Preferably a bachelors degree/ diploma
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail;
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially, MS Word and Power point); Excellent coordination, organization and multi-tasking skills;
Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
Have a valid passport valid for at least 1 year;
Can be based in National capital Region

Assistant Vendor Relationship Executive

What to expect:
The Assistant Vendor Relationship Executive will:
Maintain and update database of Spires Local Associates (LAs) across Asia, Africa, MiddleEast and Americas;
Liaise with various Spire offices to understand project/ LA requirements and invite RfQsfrom the Associates as per stipulated guidelines;
Negotiate contract terms, project quotations and payment schedule with LAs;
Communicate with Group Corporate Affairs to ensure contract terms are implemented asper the agreement and sign-off purchase orders;
Develop evaluation templates, share feedback (positive/ negative) with Spire offices andresolve disputes (if any)
What we require:
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
Must have a bachelors degree and/or masters degree in Supply Chain Management. Extensive network of contacts within independent research organizations across Asia,
Middle East, Africa and Latin America;
Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and in cross-domaincommunications;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Well developed team coordination, organization and multi-tasking skills with ability towork in a fast-paced environment
Have a valid passport valid for at least 1 year;
Can be based in National capital Region
